2/12/26 – I can’t say enough about this restaurant. I ordered the sampler, coleslaw, baked beans, and mac & cheese and split it with my adult son. We were only able to finish half of the meal. I took the leftovers home, and my daughter took three days to finish it. Beyond the generous quantity of the food, it was absolutely delicious. I loved the spicy BBQ sauce. It had a great balance of flavor and burn. Dave and his daughter were very conversational and pleasant to talk to. This restaurant vaulted to the top of my list as my absolute favorite. When we left, my son and I were talking about having them cater our next outdoor family party.

Highly recommend holy smokes for catering! We hosted 70 people for our son’s first birthday party and everyone raved about how delicious it was! They delivered and set everything up which was very helpful. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

I wanted to love this place since the reviews are mostly all 5 stars. Maybe it was because we came towards closing(ordered before 7pm and came in around 7:15, they closed at 8pm)? Ordered pulled chicken, chopped brisket, kids meal, and loaded chicken Mac. Mac and cheese was ok, the pulled chicken had a good flavor but I paired with white bread and could barely taste the chicken. So the flavor disappeared unless eaten by itself. Brisket had good flavor but again a little dry (maybe we should try going in earlier?). Also, we weren’t sure if this was an accident but we didn’t receive any bbq sauce with any of our order so we had to bust out the sweet baby ray’s at home to use for all the meats, it was a little dry by itself. Overall 3 star. Will maybe try going in during lunch time to see if the quality changes.

We welcome this BBQ joint a couple of weeks ago and the food was great, our favorite from top to bottom, Brisket, Sausage, Ribs, Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken. We also decided to order our smoked thanksgiving turkey from here as something we have never done. Turkey was a hit and the intense smokey flavor made unique this year since our whole theme was southern bbq…The Gravy was out of this wold, full of flavor and suited the turkey perfectly.
We would like to see the inside be more family friendly to where a family can seat. however this only my observation. Owners are friendly and humble.

Wow! I love this strip mall for quite a few of its shops and this new addition is one of the best yet! I got the sampler platter (jalapeño sausage, ribs, brisket, turkey) were the meats and my favorite to least but all of them were unbelievably good. The sides, holy smokes Batman those beans were flavorful and the Mac and cheese was so good you could taste that it was made with real cheese. Unfortunately I didn’t get to try the coleslaw because my wife destroyed it so I am guessing that was a winner too! And they were so kinda to throw in a dessert of a monster super chocolate chunk cookie that went so down so well with a glass of milk. Thank you so much and you will see me regularly, happy to have you in the neighborhood.

Dave and Tiffany were a JOY to work with! They catered appetizers and lunch for our summer wedding, and our guests could not stop talking about how good the food was. Dave and Tiffany were so helpful and accommodating all along in the planning process, too. We had some crazy food requests, and they handled it all beautifully. We were so blessed by their kindness, and, oh my goodness, the food is just so good! Highly, highly recommend Holy Smokes BBQ. Oh, and ask them about their carving station — it was a hit!!! 🙂

Omg 10/10 ! This place just opened up by my house and we decide to give it a try. We were excited when we looked it up and saw the reviews and figured it must be good. Well it is ! The Mac and cheese ! Nailed it ! I’ve been to a few bbq places the Mac and cheese is never good but here omg so creamy and delicious. We order the ribs and brisket as well and they were both good. The ribs were so tender compared to other place were it’s so dry! And the beans were my husbands favorite. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS! We couldn’t stop eating ! Definitely coming back and recommending this place !

Dave and his family drove all the way from Illinois to Indiana in order to cater our wedding! Everyone always talks about how gross wedding food usually is but everyone at our wedding LOVED the food and LOVED Dave. It had people talking for weeks after the wedding! I cannot rave enough about how great Dave’s Holy Smokes BBQ did on our special day and how amazing it tasted!
