I was incredibly clumsy and accidentally dropped a Maryland mug as a gift for a friend. The associates were so kind about the incident, cleaned up the mess, and asked me to get a replacement. Thank you for showing kindness and excellent customer service.

Poorly blended matcha latte. Bitter chunks of matcha floating around. I’ve had this drink before and this is not how you do it guys! Do better next time, please.
Also I requested “light ice” but virtually the whole damn cup was pretty filled with ice.
Also tables were super dirty. Someone needs to regularly clean up tables.

I just want to shoutout to the crew at this Starbucks. I have been coming here regularly for about a year and I truly appreciate their consistency in the drinks, and the customer service. The baristas at this location just never seem to be nice. Today, a tall, dark haired girl with pony tail served me today who was not friendly at all. Didn’t smile once and short one word answers. The only reason I keep coming here is because it’s close by, otherwise I really am disappointed with the service. Never friendly. And then when my drink was up they didn’t even call it out so I had to just keep going up to the counter and checking until it magically appeared.
