Amazing employees! Great atmosphere with lite music playing and people working on their laptops and having business meetings! They may take a bit long getting ur order out but thats because its all made to order and its almost always busy! Probably cause everything is delicious!

This is my favorite Starbucks ever ! Even better that it’s only a 3 min drive from my house.

Service is always excellent in store and through the Drive Thru. My favorite part is the little messages on my cup they go along way and all of the Staff are so kind.

Good afternoon ,

I would like to inform you of a situation that happened at your store today at the Starbucks at Tradepoint in Sparrowspoint.
I ordered venti strawberry drink and a grande white chocolates peppermint mocha. I go to the window the girl comes i pay and I sit in line for 10 mins. I think her name was Leanne something along those line ( heavy set black girl ). She comes back to to the window with the pink drink and chocolate , ask me did you order something else. I said yes grande white chocolate peppermint mocha. I sat in the line for another 5 mins. At this time another girl comes to the window and gives me an amount of $8.59 i said I already paid , she asks me what I was waiting on I tell her. I wasn’t yelling or screaming I said it very calmly. Now the girl Leanne comes back to the window with a drink yelling at me saying she didn’t know what drink you ordered. I Than yelled back telling her to lose the attitude she started to walk back to the window as if she was going to say something else at that time I was pulling away. As I was going down the road to take a drink of my coffee it was wrong and it was burnt . I looked at the tag on the coffee and it was not what I ordered.

I take the coffee back inside the store asked for the manager. Tamara comes out , I am explaining to her what happened. The whole time I’m talking Leanne is still running her mouth. She then started to walk to the back and said to me you don’t even know what I can do. I said what did you say. I asked the manger are you going to allow her to speak to a customer like that. I was refunded my money and offered a coffee which I did not want. I asked the manger for the number to her manger and I asked for the girls name that I was having the problem with. At this point no one could speak. They said they were not allowed to give out anyone’s name. I said you do know you were name tags right , the girls name I needed didn’t have a name tag on. I asked her what her name was. ( I think it is Leanne I wanted to make sure ). I asked her 3 times and she kept asking me why I was talking to her. I said you had alot of mouth at the window now you can’t talk.

This is not the first time I have come to your store and she has been at the window with an attitude. This person couldn’t even control her self in front of her manager and on top of treating me. Very unprofessional!!
This was very unprofessional. We come to Starbucks a lot , we will never come to this Starbucks ever again. Especially if she is at the window!

I go through the drive thru every Friday or so, whenever I’m with my wife. The drinks are made well and the food is done fairly quick. The girl usually on drive through is very sweet, kind, and welcoming. I don’t remember her name but she usually has a black head covering. We look forward to seeing her each time. We’ve had a great experience at this store and will keep visiting.

Drive thru service was much longer than most, and the staff was harsh! The product served to me had a burnt smell. Nasty! Had to go to Boston Street location for the real Starbucks experience (kind / quick). I don’t need an apology from mgt., just a quality product & good service! This location provides neither. I would take a hard pass on this location!

Today I spilled my drink after I left. I came back to buy another one and the barista wouldn’t let me pay for it. He insisted he wanted to make it better for me. Even though I told him it wasn’t his fault, he said, “I know, but I want to make your day better.” Thank you, Rory! That type of customer service is next level! It really did make my day!
