Love this panda. The dishes are very well cooked, especially the teriyaki chicken. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We arrived a little earlier than the pickup time. She just kindly told us to wait for a minute to get our order ready. Apparently the panda now has a new box for the family plates. The design of the box is quite nice.

Ordered the string bean chicken breast with chow mein it was absolutely delicious not too little or too much of anything. The string beans and the peppers were cooked to perfection. The workers were quick and friendly and the restaurant was clean. Would definitely go back

This store has been closing their lobby a lot lately and claiming staff shortage. I observed 6 on and one sitting in the lobby. This doesn’t look short staff coming from someone who works fast food. They need to pick up the pace and keep the orders coming. Long drive thru and not a good choice for food delivery. I’ve experienced this in the day as well at night. I see more cleaning the store and preparing for closing than serving till the time they closed. Save cleaning till after closing.

Ordered delivery. Asked for utensils got none. Asked for sauces got none. Ordered a drink, lemonade and it was just water and didn’t get a straw. Ordered teriyaki chicken and just got chicken with no sauce. Extra entree container wasn’t even filled all the way up. Thanks for not even doing your job with one iota of pride.

Broccoli is always like chewing tree roots. The meat is like trying to munch through a shoe. Why‽ I ended up throwing it all out – it was impossible to eat! I haven’t been to Panda Express in years for this reason… same experience now. The only thing I find good is the chicken. Not the nugget type that’s apparently wrapped in stone. All I can do is lick the sauce off everything. Crunchy, undercooked rice. Small portions – I thought the “Bigger Plate” is three entrée and a side – not rice, two choices and pay extra for the third in a tiny box. The more I think about this, the more angry I get about having gone here.

Ordered Kung Pap Chicken Bowl with Chow Mein and got Mushroom Chicken even after she read the order to me. The quality of service and food has gone down hill in Albuquerque with this restaurant chain, unfortunately – Definitely not my first disappointing experience with the restaurant but that spans multiple locations.

I understand that others may have had some bad reviews of this place but I honestly have rarely had issues here. We sometimes feel like this place gives you more in the portions if you eat-in, but that may just be a bias. The location is so busy that many may be put off from going here due to the sheer number of people. But we’ve always liked it here.

I went through the Drive thru, checked my order when got home and noticed that the bowls were half full. Called the store and spoken with Leesha. She is very unprofessional, I requested to speak with a manager and she put me on hold and came back on the line stating she was the manager. The service is terrible. Will not recommend. Not acceptable for the portion.
