They need to Figure out how to service in store customers with some level of Priority over its mobile orders. I’ve been going here for a while so it’s not a one off thing. They need more than one barista working the hot drinks and she probably doesn’t need to spend time drawing 🙂 on every cup. After waiting 15 minutes, You would’ve thought she would’ve asked. What are you waiting for?nah, and none of the other employees did. Probably the most frustrating thing about this store is they wait to have a group of food orders from the oven together and bring them all over in the basket. They will already have had several food orders bagged but They just won’t walk them over until they have like 7 or so to walk them over in a basket. While I will see mine come out of the oven and it will sit there for another several minutes because walking down their counter is too much trouble for them. This particular Starbucks, I find to be a case of operational inefficiency and I have been going for a while. There is also never a “nice to see you.” Another woman who was in there this morning, had her kids and her dog in the car and like me was waiting for 15 minutes. Delivery truck delivers on the wrong side of the building utilising the fire lane instead of the loading dock. Will literally just sit there for hours sometimes until midnight with the truck revving up and down. Extremely loud and required going to sleep late in order to not be woken up by it constantly. This violates the noise ordinances for Montgomery county and I’m surprised this still continues. Just 3 hours of idling up and down with no delivery occurring for more than 20 minutes.

They got this barista there, I think his name is Max or Ted. Anyways he made me this vanilla latte thing and it changed my life. All at a little Starbucks.

Yesterday 3/13 I waited 10-15 mins for the person to say anything and/or acknowledge me – it was around 5pm – even the guy was alone he still did not acknowledge me or say hello – I can tell the cashier knew I waiting.
