I went on a mission for good Haitian food and stumbled in here like a foodie on a quest . First time trying this spot and honestly I feel like I discovered hidden treasure.
The lady at the front was super welcoming and helped me pick — I trusted her recommendation for the fried pork and mushroom or black rice (I don’t know the official names, forgive me ), and I am SO glad I did.
Listen… when I opened the box it looked so good I started eating right in the car like I had no home training. No shame. The plate was packed too — they did NOT skimp on the food, it was heavy. $20 well spent, period.
The pork was fried soft, moist, and just right. The rice had this soft, slightly chewy texture that I really enjoyed. The flavors were hitting — onions and sweet red peppers with that little vinegar pickled taste I love. The sauce on the side just added extra love to every bite.
It gave “I’m at auntie’s house ” energy ,like I really wasn’t in my car anymore
Shout out to all the cousins and aunties in the kitchen sheesh I will be back!

I am a delivery driver who came to pick up an order. While the restaurant was empty with the exception of one person it took 5 minutes to be acknowledged. Then after waiting for food and advising of order name person walked away for several minutes (give or take 5 -10 minutes) then came back and advised I would have a wait of 5-10 minutes which would not have been an issue had he said that from the start but I had already been waiting for about 10 minutes. To make matters worse it took longer than the 10 minute wait for the food to come out.

The food here is soooo good. Every ingredient feels and tastes fresh. The meat is so tender and rice feels ans tastes to order. My favorite place to eat Haitian Food in all South Florida

Hands down the best Haitian food in town! I don’t know who the chef is, but please don’t ever change every meal is consistently fresh and delicious. Even my picky kids love it, which says a lot! The portions are generous, and the quality is always top-notch. Absolutely worth every penny.

Every dish was a hit! I can’t wait to come back and try more! The only negative was the odor as soon as you walk in

I love Haitian food ! But unfortunately the woman running this place will be the downfall of that restaurant. Her pride will not allow her to understand that the customers are the reason she is still in business . I’ve ordered here a couple of times before and each time there was an issue regarding the quality or the extended time frame in which i’ve actually received my order. At no point have I contacted the establishment to give a hard time because i’m a pretty understanding person. However, after I received another wrong order I called the owner hoping to finally resolve the issue and I now understand why my orders are always incorrect. The owner had no intentions on fixing the order Instead of fixing the mistake, she chose to argue with a paying customer and take zero accountability instead . Ive never seen such disregard for customer service ever, I will never spend another dollar there again
I’d rather support an establishment that understands respect goes both ways.

Wow.
This used to be my place to get a grand homemade Haitian meal. However, now those portions are smaller, with mostly fat and hair on meat smh . And let’s not talk about how they raised their prices for lower quality smh.
Very disappointing. I will find another gem.

Pavilion Restaurant & Bar serves some of the best Haitian food I’ve had! I tried both the griot and the fried chicken, and they were absolutely delicious—packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The griot was tender and soft, just how it should be. Highly recommend this spot and will definitely be coming back!
