I went to the drive thru this morning and the kid at the window says “ AND YOU HAVE A NICE LIFE” after handing my order to me. I said what do you mean? And he says again “YOU HAVE YOURSELF A NICE LIFE” I told him that if he wants to say something that he should just say Merry Christmas. And he just laughs and says Happy Christmas. This is very strange. This kid was rude taking my order and I feel that he said that to me because they got my order wrong before and gave me a spicy chicken pocket instead of a falafel pocket , and that same kid tells me that I could keep the chicken pocket after I told him that I’m allergic to chicken after I regretfully took 2 bites out of it.

I ordered a Tall Caramel Macchiato and I’m wondering if he did something to it because I wasn’t offered a napkin or receipt with me Spicy Falafel pocket and coffee. I don’t feel comfortable ordering when that kid is there so I’m taking my business to a Starbucks a few miles further. This is so ridiculous.

beautifully renovated space. massive windows lets in lots of light even on rainy days.
staff were busy but managed it well and had my order ready within minutes of me placing it.
parking is plentiful and it’s a one way, so that keeps traffic moving around drive thru.

Very clean. It’s clear that this is the anchor store on this strip. Patrons go in and out easily, but it is a weekend morning. There is a long line for the drive thru. Recommend going in to pick up your order.

Fantastic location, I’ve always received lovely service and delicious drinks. Starbucks politics haven’t been sitting well with me for awhile now, but if you must go…come here. They also have a drive-thru!

I’m not a huge fan but usually go to Starbucks couple of times a week. This is my first time at this specific location. Ordered a regular cappuccino (tall) and this is what I got. Not sure if the pictures do justice to the original scenario but only 1/3 of the cup (or even less than that) was actually coffee and rest was foam. Also, I asked for extra hot but it was barely even hot. Very disappointing. Never had this kinda experience in any other Starbucks.

Great staff. Fast service. My go-to place for a hot mocha. One time , I accidentally ordered my coffee at another location through the app, but the staff here graciously made my order for free. Yet another time I left home while talking on the phone and forgot my wallet, but the barista gave me my coffee for free! I love this Starbucks!!

LISTEN!! Earlier today I went to this Starbucks location. There’s usually this light skin guy who always wears a mask and he’s the best worker there(he looks like Joe from Ginny&Georgia, search it up) Not sure what his name is unfortunately. I didn’t see him today but there was this pink haired lady who attended me and she was distracted as heck. I asked for 2 food items and she took forever!!! MIND YOU I was the only person in line!! Like how long does it take to get me a cake pop I paid for??!!?! Did I mention how messy the tables were? Anyways I hope the other guy comes back, he’s a dear.

Drinks are really inconsistent.. extra foam is $1.25 , I would expect that “extra foam” . But no , they really stingy with it and just give you little bit a thin line of it .. Could I please some how get contacted for a refund . Its just unacceptable.

Very disappointing customer service experience. A female employee was dishonest and rude during my visit this evening. The man working the drive-thru seemed relatively new—perhaps just a few weeks into the role—but performed slightly better. I strongly encourage the team to focus on improving service quality and addressing customer concerns honestly, rather than avoiding conversations.
