I came in this morning in a rush as always, I was greeted by all the staff which was so nice in the world we live in. I asked a young woman named Gaby to make a drink she hadn’t heard of. She researched quickly and made it so amazing. She made my day and that counts!

We get it, someone on your staff is a swiftie. Ive been studying here for three days and they’ve ONLY played Taylor Swift. THE ENTIRE TIME. PLEASE. PLEASE PUT ON SHUFFLE. NOT EVERYONE IN THE LOBBY WANTS TO LISTEN TO TAYLOR SWIFT FOR FIVE HOURS. It’s not about your personal preference as a barista it’s all of us in the lobby, paid for drinks, who have to listen to this on loop for hours are you serious? It’s insufferable. Turn it to ANY other shuffle. Please. I can’t take it.

Great service from this Starbucks. It is conveniently located in the shopping center so, while shopping, you can get yourself a hot chocolate with whipped cream or whatever coffee you prefer. Parking could be a challenge specially on busy times like lunch or during the weekends. Other than that I really like this place.

The Starbucks at the Station at Riverdale Park has its ups and downs just like all other establishments; However, they are extremely friends and learn your name if you are a regular customer. The store is always clean and the environment is relaxing.
If you need a place to sit and work I would recommend this place just get their early because everyone has the same idea and you may have a hard time finding a seat.
It does get busy from time to time just be patient with the remarkable barista’s.

Came in to grab a latte and no one was in line. I ordered a simple grande white mocha. A white man came in after me and ordered something custom. To my surprise, he got his drink before me. I thought drinks were made in the order they were received! On top of that my drink had too much syrup.

These students that work here don’t have any customer service training AT ALL. You can tell they dislike their job. My drink is never ready I always have to wait more than 15 more minutes after my ready time . They skimp on the espresso. I know how dark my drink needs to be when I have 3 espresso shots . They need NEW MANAGEMENT
