I ordered thru the ai answering machine instead of a person. I ordered buffalo wings cooked twice so they were not slimy. We’ll they came slimy. I also ordered the chicken alfredo with mushrooms and broccoli. It came as chicken and alfredo and sauce. No mushrooms and broccoli. The only thing that came right in my order was the cinnamon bites. Im sure I got charged for the correct meal but delivered the wrong one. I also called the store after I made order because it doesn’t give u extra cooking options thru the ai bot and told them I wanted the wings cooked twice. Not happy at this moment

I placed an order for 50 $ they refused to brake a 100$ bill so they couldn’t make change for 2 20s and a 10? My first pizza I ordered bacon and onion with Alfredo sauce. It came with mushrooms on it. My second pizza looks like this after I asked them to replace it. I’m more disappointed than mad cuz this is BS.

I received my delivery very fast but I guess that’s the price you pay for fast delivery when the pizza comes butchered into all different shapes and sizes this is very unprofessional and pizza tasted horrible as well will not be ordering from domino’s again.

When I did at first i was hung up on, the second attempt i got some bot that was asking for my information and it could not seam to get it right whenever I told it the info. This place must just hate me. Every order something goes wrong either non delivery/wrong items/missing items. Called tonight got a woman who didn’t sound pleasant to start and when I reported the pizza came with no cheese just sauce+ toppings despite there being cheese on the order her tone just got worse. I get the service industry sucks most the time but dang don’t put that attitude towards me, I’m a customer not an inconvenience.

1st time customer. Found the place to be quiet and clean. Had a community feel about the place (chalk wall added to that atmosphere) I commented that the place seemed MUCH cleaner than some other Dominos establishments I frequent. My spouse and myself had no issues with our pizza’s and if we were in the mood and in the area we would stop by again.
Again I stress it seemed much cleaner than most competitors. No awful smell and the cooking/prep area behind the counter was an encouraging sight before ordering my meal.

This is the second time Ive ordered from the Old Town location and the pizza dough is raw on the inside. They did refund my money but this isnt cool. Someone is going to get sick.

They have someone on their team that steals credit card information after claiming your “order didn’t go through online”. I’d release his name, but if you use your prejudice, you can figure it out. And that just one horrible experience I’ve had among many here. Uncooked dough, stuffed crusts with NO stuffing. Order at your own risk and don’t be afraid to call them and ask for a refund/redo on your order. Make ’em pay for how bad they are.
