Where do I even begin? This is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. On my last visit I was getting out of my truck, when a Starbucks employee pulled up and parked directly in front of the store and went in for her shift. There’s plenty of parking on the side for employees. The parking spaces up front should be left for customers, especially since they share those spaces with other businesses and there are only 2 handicap spots. I went into the store and placed my order, then waited over 20 minutes for one simple coffee to be made. Not sure why it took so long, it was not busy. The employees are rude and condescending and act like you are bothering them just by walking in the store. The store manager is rude as well. This location needs a serious overhaul with better employees, management, and atmosphere. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location. I would rather not be treated like an inconvenience for supporting a business.

I’ve placed mobile orders 10-15 minutes prior to arriving just to show up and my drink not even be started yet! Twice recently, after arriving and waiting a bit I’ve had to ask an employee when exactly they planned on starting my drink? Both times, my drink was started when I said something. Mind you myself and several others are standing there watching drink after drink roll smoothly out to the drive thru. If I’m going to have to wait as if I just walked in and ordered what’s the point of using mobile order?

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for sometime. Always a good vibe, they make my husband and I feel welcomed. I understand that it’s a requirement for them to now write on the cups but whoever did mine today really out did it. Coffee cat ☕️for the win

My sister and I walked in to place an order and literally everyone was busy. I told her I would order off of my app after waiting a few minutes, and absolutely no one greeted us. One of the barista’s finally acknowledged us and said someone would be right with us. Someone came out the back and rushed us placing the order. I asked for a cookie crumble frappe, she asked if I wanted coffee in it but I simply told her what I always get from my app. She said mocha would have coffee and changed my order. Then I was asked a bunch of tedious questions that I NEVER been asked before at a Starbucks (I have been to several throughout the US) and received a completely different drink that I didn’t even enjoy. I live in Florida, but very disappointed that I couldn’t get my simple morning drink before a hike at 7:45am (after waiting 14 minutes for my drink) at a Starbucks.

A few times I’ve been here and suspected that they weren’t actually pulling decaf shots for the decaf drinks I ordered. I don’t have a ton of caffeine and it’s pretty obvious when I do, but after watching them pull regular shots for my decaf drinks today, and then arguing with me when I asked them to be made again with decaf, I won’t be going back. At least for me I don’t want to get jittery, but what if they did this to someone else with an actual dietary restriction or heart issues? It just doesn’t make sense.

It is a constant issue here where they either do not read the labels to make the drinks accurately, do not fill the cup up to its brim, or both. Since the new management, they focus more on writing on the cups (which we do not care for), rather than making the drinks correctly and filling them up.
Clearly this place needs another establishment change.
Edit 02/18/2026: I continued to visit this Starbucks with the hopes of establishing whether the consistent mess-ups were the whole store, certain time frames, or even certain drink stations. Today the manager, Sam (I believe) sought me out, spoke with me about my experiences, and made me feel a bit more reassured about how things are to improve. This is my positive review since my last and I can say that I am currently content with the way things are going. I change from two stars to four. Thank you.

Drinks are always made way different when you order the brown sugar espresso. Anytime you ask for cold foam it is never put on the drink. Horrible.

Every single time I order a drink from here it’s wrong. Today I literally just ordered the chamomile citrus mint tea with honey and they gave me the wrong tea. This is the 4th time in recent months that this has happened. No longer going to be coming here.

This Starbucks makes the worst drinks I’ve ever had! It a minute drive from house and I’d rather go to target. I always try n give them another chance and always end up with the same disappointment. Over it! Hopefully they learn how to make better drinks in the future. Also you will be on line for at least 30 mins! It’s ridiculous and not worth my time.
Edit to add. I get a mobile order that is exact and if u follow it it should be no problem right. Yea not at this Starbucks. U ask for no foam and u get foam. I asked to make it over and the guy got a attitude and made it over with foam! So now I will be contacting corporate. If I’m spending $10 for a drink the least u can do is make it right!
