EXCELLENT!! Stopped by for my birthday dinner. Immediately recognized Frankie, the chef and co-owner, and introduced myself. He was AMAZING and invited us to his chef’s tasting menu. It was one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was FANTASTIC but the service was even better. The views are also incredible!!

This place is amazing! We went here in 2014 and had a great time and I always wanted to get a chance to return for another visit. We booked a 4:30 reservation so we swim and have a couple pre dinner drinks. We watched the sunset and ordered some appies followed by a main course. We have the lobster cakes, lobster bisque, Cajun shrimp, followed by the crusted sea bass and shrimp pasta. It was all so amazing from the service to the food, and the amazing atmosphere.
The staff were so good and just took very good care of us.

This is one of the best restos in Costa Rica. The menu is fantastic, food is very tasty & freshly prepared using local ingredients. The owner, Franky, was kind enough to stop by our table on a few occaisons and explain the ingredients and composition of the dishes and reccomend wines to pair. You will not be dissapointed. We will certainly be back!

Wow! This place is really special. It truly has it all, the gorgeous view, the amazing food and exceptional staff. I’m so glad we saved this as a treat for our final night in Costa Rica. We enjoyed a swim in the pool during sunset with yummy drinks then moved to our table for a delicious meal and dessert. While all of our service has been good in Costa Rica, the staff at Gracia Mar Vista truly went above and beyond, they were all super attentive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Gracia At Mar Vista is absolutely amazing! Top notch food, service, and atmosphere unlike anywhere else. Their infinity pool and sunset views only add to the charm. The owner Stephanie is a gem, the manager Fernando takes great care of his patrons and staff, the chef Frankie is a fantastic cook and lively person who interacts with customers with charm, and our server Marlon was super attentive. We had the delightful honor of meeting Franky and his wife Stephanie, the owners, and were immediately struck by their warmth, authenticity, and genuine passion for creating something truly special.
We chose the chef’s dining experience, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. Without question, it ranked at the very top of everyone’s list of experiences during our entire week in Costa Rica. Each course was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely exceptional.

WOW WOW WOW!!! I was invited here for my birthday dinner and it was amazing . Frankie is an artist with food. He is amazing!! So gracious and he gave me a bottle of wine for my birthday that we to had with our amazing Steaks!! The steaks that he prepared some of the best I’ve ever had anywhere in the world! A wonderful spot for a meal! An interesting menu and large wine list. We loved every dish we ordered. The view is amazing and the pool is beautiful. Warning to parents: the pool closes right after sunset so make sure you arrive early enough for kids to swim.
