Really friendly staff who always greet you with a smile. The drinks are consistently great, and the store is clean and well maintained. Service is quick even during busy times, and it’s a nice spot to relax or get some work done. Definitely one of the better Starbucks locations I’ve visited.

Great spot. Friendly cashiers and talented baristas (all impressively poised even when busy). I am often overwhelmed by Starbucks’ extensive menu but Jonathan kindly and patiently explained the various options and customizations. He helped me decide on the perfect beverage. The drink was a banger. I will definitely be back. HIGHLY recommend.

This is one of a very few Starbucks I can say the service is pretty bad. The cashier was not friendly as the Starbucks employees usually are. Definitely BAD service.

I’ve had several issues at this location. On one occasion, after mobile ordering, another customer took my drink. I waited quite a while before a barista finally asked me, realized what had happened, and had to remake the drink.
Additionally, every time I order, the drink seems to be made inconsistently with different proportions each time. I’ve worked at Starbucks before, and I know the drink recipes aren’t difficult to follow, it seems like this store could benefit from stronger management or improved training and supervision.
Most recently, a few days ago, I stopped by hoping for a relaxing experience. I wasn’t greeted upon arrival, and the store was chaotic, very disorganized with customers clearly confused. The drink pickup table was completely packed; no additional drinks could even fit. At one point, someone spilled a drink on the floor, and there was ice and milk everywhere.
I had ordered my drink with light ice, but it was filled with ice, so I could only take a few sips before it was gone.

Have been a Starbucks Customer since the beginning. A huge fan of almost all of their locations. This location is an absolute joke. I am waiting in line to order my drink. There are two customers in front of me so I politely ask for the bathroom code. Dude looks at me straight in my eyes and w/ a rude tone says code is only for customers! I said well I was in line, but I needed to use the restroom so could I please get the code, employee repeated bathroom is only for customers. With this type of attitude I said forget it. I don’t want my coffee any longer and left. Let’s try to bring Customer service back Starbucks. Not sure what’s going on with your organization.

Walks in super thirsty, i was coughing for a minute i asked for water and the guy said only for paying customers. I drink more starbucks than anyone in my life and i was heading over to the movie theatre where they would have definitely thrown away my starbies if i got one. All i asked is the tiny plastic water cup but yeah, i guess you can’t show any humanity for free anymore! Damn! Never coming here again

They made my drink wrong and when I asked her to look at the ticket and add the cold foam that was missing that I paid for, she got mad and her and her manager gave me dirty looks. They spoke to everyone who came in the store except for me because I’m black. I would never spend my money here ever again or my time. It’s not right to treat people with prejudice. I paid for my item just like everyone else and it’s unfair to treat me rudely for no reason.
