I love Andy’s. This location has been wonderful and I would totally give it 5 stars. However there’s a new employee and she is extremely unfriendly and very rude! Last week she told me they wouldn’t be using the rewards card anymore so she gave me a flyer on what to do. Two options…download the app (which I can’t) OR give them my phone number when we order. Today when I went I told her “I guess I need to give you my phone number”. She said no you need to download the app. I said I can’t and the second option was to tell you my phone number. She was very rude and as far as I can tell, never entered my number so no rewards were added.

The customer service at this location is horrible. They open the window with attitude every single time ESPECIALLY the night shift crew. One worker closed/slammed the drive thru window super loud in my face multiple times (she had very short hair and glasses). Whoever the manager is needs to get it together ASAP. Disgusting behavior.

This was my first time trying frozen custard, and Andy’s did not disappoint! The custard was incredibly smooth, rich, and delicious—definitely a step above regular ice cream. The staff was so friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I left with a big smile and will definitely be back again soon. Highly recommend Andy’s Frozen Custard if you’re craving a sweet treat!

I surprised my mom by stopping into Andy’s for some frozen custard and we had the nicest guy, Tim, both take our order and get us out extremely tasty treats! I got a chocolate with chocolate and more chocolate, Mom got vanilla with pecans and I got my husband and brother-in-law peanut butter cup with vanilla. Everyone was delighted and again, thanks to Tim for being so joyous, upbeat, pleasant and professional!

I could not believe how few people were there! In Springfield there are ALWAYS dozens of people there. Little Rock is missing out on a real treat!
