For the most part, the baristas here are awesome! There is, however, a woman named Liz who is absolutely one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. She goes out of her way to be snide to people. Why she hasn’t been fired yet? There is a case of nepotism. I am currently a regular, but I just can’t stand this woman anymore, so I’ll start going somewhere else, even if it’s far out of the way. The turnover rate is high. No question as to why.

Very rude. Starbucks employees are typically very friendly and helpful but my experience here was quite the opposite. Seems like the three employees working this morning are not happy to be there. Elizabeth was quite rude and even yelled out loudly, “that is not yours.” Not sure if it is just a bad day but will probably not go back to this location again.

The lady helping us had a terrible attitude and when I asked a simple question she got defensive and said a mean comment. On top of that she had a aggressive tone. Even made the wrong drink that was 3/4s ice. Never coming back to this location.

I went to Starbucks on my birthday because in the Starbucks app it said I could get a free drink or food item for free. When I got there and asked if I could get a free drink right away they said no then the lady next to her said “aw” and looked weirded out at the lady like she knew I could get a free drink. So I had to use my gift card to pay for it. Then I rode my bike down to giant and got a guava passion fruit drink. When they gave it to me something looked off and if the milk was curdled. I drank it anyways and now I have been having a stomach ache and diarrhea since I drank that drink. I would not recommend going to that Starbucks especially if the milk was spoiled.
