20250614 They have the Sol It shots!! I saw and tried it in NY, and surprised to find it here. They are delicious both Ginger and Tumeric. DO NOT SHAKE the Tumeric bottle; I didn’t try shaking the Ginger one. It was carbonated and when I twisted the cap… what a mess! It sprayed all over my car and me! Thank goodness I was heading home!
20250301 Was at the vet and after a walk, my girl needed water. Stopped here to get some and asked for a cup. The barista was helpful and fast. Thx!! My girl was do Thirsty!! Happy Puppy!

It’s starbucks, so mostly what you’ll expect of a starbucks. But I’ve always found that the weekend staff is friendly and hard working.
And on a very busy day, I got to witness an exemplary moment of customer service. As stated, very busy – non stop orders and the staff was working diligently to get those orders done. A young man came in and was unfamiliar with the pick up system. (His father had made the order and this customer didn’t know you could just grab the cup with your name and go.) One of the hard working staff (wish I had caught his name tag) slowed enough to clarify the process and confirm that the customer could take the cup. It easily was a moment where staff could have been too busy and ignored the customer’s uneasiness. But in the flow of work, this staff member caught the need and handled it with a friendly smile. 5 stars in my book. (Writing this review a month later because as I came in to get my coffee today the flashback came up and clearly that interaction stuck with me.) Moments like this matter. So thank you!

First time coming to this Starbucks. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have time to wait, even when they are not busy. My drink tasted funny and I had to throw away the entire drink upon leaving. Staff also questioned why I requested a clean shaker for my drink and only said yes after stating I have an allergy. The cake pop was delicious definitely recommend the valentine cake pop. I just don’t recommend this location.

Made a quick stop on the way to the airport. Plenty of staff who were all incredibly friendly… The facility was very clean. I recommend.

This place has slipped big time. Amanda and Samantha can share the credit with their incompetence and major attitude. They don’t know what they’re doing and are really snide. If you want your coffee done right, go somewhere else. You will get your money’s worth without the rude service. My family and I spend many thousands of dollars a year on Starbucks and we will no longer patronize this place.
