I went through the drive through and asked for a brown sugar shaken espresso. They let me know they were out of brown sugar so i said i can substitute the syrup. i pulled up to the window and wanted to double check they still used blonde espresso because i don’t like the regular espresso. she told me it was already made, I let her know I did not want the drink because it would be a waste. I told her she can take it off but she said they would remake it. I asked for extra cinnamon, and instead of shaking it into the shaken espresso like they are supposed to they dumped a mountain of cinnamon on top of my cold foam. I went to take a sip and had to spit it out. It was so disgusting I wasted my drink anyway.

I haven’t had a good experience with Starbucks lately and I felt as maybe it’s losing its touch bc the service and the drinks just wasn’t as good anymore…I came to that conclusion bc it would be at several different locations and this Starbucks is completely different. This one is so nice and pleasant and everything was right and tasted good. The people were really nice and the service was QUICK! I don’t think I was in line even for a minute!

I went into this Starbucks and ordered a gingerbread latte and bacon sausage wrap and it was all just bad.

The wrap was sloppily put together and I know they come pre made but still it should be neat and tight not loose and under filled with the ingredients. The picture shows a wrap tightly wrapped and filled and I got the opposite. Also it was super pipping hot, too hot. I like hot food but this was ridiculous. I would had to wait at least 20 minutes to let it cool before eating.

The gingerbread latte had barely any gingerbread flavor or flavor of anything at all. I had the iced one last week from another location and it was good with no special order to it. Starbucks is inconsistent and really lack flavor in most of their drinks all the way around or the employees are not holding to the standards of the company.

Another thing. I walk in and no one greeted me even though there were 3 people on the front line making drinks and/or doing something else but all were facing the lobby. The girl in the drive thru window finally came over and took my order but still no, hi welcome to Starbucks or nothing.

I keep trying Starbucks but they are terrible. I think a lot of people go there because of the branding but their drinks are subpar along with their customer service. I see why they continue to close stores. Stop being fooled with their Brandon’s in thinking you are getting a quality product, you are not and I’m a coffee drinker and I’ve had way better coffee and coffee type drinks made by people in their home. HORRIBLE. I will never spend another penny there even with gift cards like I used today.

One last thing Starbucks. Get all your stirring utensils wrapped individually. Do you know how nasty it is to have a cup full of stirring sticks, plastic and wood, unwrapped and touched by hundreds of fingers daily which are definitely mostly dirty when they reach and attempt to grab just one. You are not going be able to just grab one and not touch others and people are coming off the streets and getting them and even for employees. Wawa has their stirrers individually wrapped now.

Adriana is the best. She’s very sweet and offers awesome customer service. In fact, we never have an issue at this location. The management and staff are all very courteous and friendly. Love the recommendations for drink options.

Great Starbucks location!! Conveniently located just before the Delaware Memorial Bridge. The service was quick, staff was friendly, and beverage/food is just as good as any other Starbucks. Overall, Great location.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I placed a mobile order and I must have misunderstood the customization options because I thought it was asking if I wanted mocha sauce so I selected it to ensure there would be no mocha. When I pulled up, my order wasn’t ready. The young lady at the window, I believe her name was Ashley, asked me to clarify my order, so I explained that I simply wanted a hot chocolate made with milk.
Instead, she handed me a cup of cold milk.
I drove back around and told her it needed to be remade because why would I pay almost $5 for a cup of cold milk? When I got back to the window she was incredibly rude and actually yelling. When I asked why she was yelling she told me she wasn’t “it was just raining.” I honestly have no idea what the rain had to do with her tone, but the customer service was so disappointing that I ended up asking for a refund.
I will never return to this location. The issue wasn’t even the wrong drink because mistakes happen. It was the way she interacted with me when I came back that completely ruined the experience.

Just want to share positive experience I had here. I am a Starbucks Store Manager at a different location but was on a road trip with my sister. We always make sure to stop at a Starbucks because the bathrooms are always clean. Wonderful team here, all friendly and welcoming and left a sweet note on my cup. Thank you!

Nice new and clean cafe.Cafe. Great location but hard to find. GPS won’t properly locate it yet, it’s right behind Royal Farms. This location is well staffed and the team is courteous and welcoming. Big and open parking area with a wide drive thru lane. Can be easily seen from the highway due to the high pylon sign.
