The wrap was sloppily put together and I know they come pre made but still it should be neat and tight not loose and under filled with the ingredients. The picture shows a wrap tightly wrapped and filled and I got the opposite. Also it was super pipping hot, too hot. I like hot food but this was ridiculous. I would had to wait at least 20 minutes to let it cool before eating.
The gingerbread latte had barely any gingerbread flavor or flavor of anything at all. I had the iced one last week from another location and it was good with no special order to it. Starbucks is inconsistent and really lack flavor in most of their drinks all the way around or the employees are not holding to the standards of the company.
Another thing. I walk in and no one greeted me even though there were 3 people on the front line making drinks and/or doing something else but all were facing the lobby. The girl in the drive thru window finally came over and took my order but still no, hi welcome to Starbucks or nothing.
I keep trying Starbucks but they are terrible. I think a lot of people go there because of the branding but their drinks are subpar along with their customer service. I see why they continue to close stores. Stop being fooled with their Brandon’s in thinking you are getting a quality product, you are not and I’m a coffee drinker and I’ve had way better coffee and coffee type drinks made by people in their home. HORRIBLE. I will never spend another penny there even with gift cards like I used today.
One last thing Starbucks. Get all your stirring utensils wrapped individually. Do you know how nasty it is to have a cup full of stirring sticks, plastic and wood, unwrapped and touched by hundreds of fingers daily which are definitely mostly dirty when they reach and attempt to grab just one. You are not going be able to just grab one and not touch others and people are coming off the streets and getting them and even for employees. Wawa has their stirrers individually wrapped now.
Instead, she handed me a cup of cold milk.
I drove back around and told her it needed to be remade because why would I pay almost $5 for a cup of cold milk? When I got back to the window she was incredibly rude and actually yelling. When I asked why she was yelling she told me she wasn’t “it was just raining.” I honestly have no idea what the rain had to do with her tone, but the customer service was so disappointing that I ended up asking for a refund.
I will never return to this location. The issue wasn’t even the wrong drink because mistakes happen. It was the way she interacted with me when I came back that completely ruined the experience.
