Idk what happened to this place this batch has been the worst one I bought so far. All these pictures are from one dozen! The upper side of the bagels have barely any sesame, bottom side of the bagels are burnt, pieces are missing and dirty. I wrote to the corporate but didn’t hear back from any one. This batch particularly grossed me out, I don’t think I’ll buy bagels from them again. Last time I complained about wrong charges and their district manager reached out to me and said that he’d send a card and never heard back from him. So this time I don’t even think they’ll care. Way to go Bruegger’s!

Remember to ask for beautiful bagels if you like them round and nice. Another day update: Today they were running out of chocolate chips. Still random shapes, only two out of six have beautiful round shape, but still not enough chocolate chips.

Great tasting egg, turkey sausage & cheese on a poppy seed bagel. With a large fresh OJ – $12 TT. Update – 8/14/23 came back & had same great results with 2 egg turkey sausage & cheese sand on sesame seed bun. Hazelnut coffee was the bomb too!

The Bagels are good but when I ordered a bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, they hardly put any cream cheese in the bagel. I only had faint taste of the cream cheese and for 4.59, I expected a generous amount of cream cheese

Always excellent but the reason for the 4 stars is they gave me the wrong bagel. It was a door dash order. The receipt stated the correct order but the bagel was wrong it was supposed to be jalapeños cheese bagel, in the bag was a rye it has an off taste. So disappointing.

Horrible!! I’ve been here when it’s super busy on a Saturday and didn’t get treated like I did today. There was me and maybe 1 more person in line and the lady in the black shirt behind the counter who is the supervisor or who was working on 8/2/22 at 1pm was rude. She rushed me like the world was ending. I asked for avocado, tomato and cream cheese and when she saw the avocado was out instead of opening a new one she scooped what was left?!?! I’m not paying for that!?! So she then she hardly put any lemon pepper!?! I asked for an ice coffee and again spit out speaking like fire!? I said light ice gave me like no ice. I had to tell her “I know your busy but you need to slow down I’m pregnant and your rushing me giving me anxiety” that was not worth the 18$ I hope the manager speaks to her and reimburse me. Literally I’m here now still it’s dead 4 employees and she’s more concerned about stocking then customer service. Also they never answer the phone, I’ve called several times before.

Two bagels with egg and cheese two small coffees over $27. The made a mistake and gave me one egg instead. I told them I asked for two eggs and have paid for it , cashier apologized and said I will bring you a new one since I had a bite on it. The back office refused to make another one and offered a cooked egg instead. I do not recommend this place anymore and very disappointed with them.
