On 3/8/26, my very thoughtful friend bought coffee from this establishment for myself, another one of our great friends, and herself. We were all very excited to share our coffee together after a long night of work yesterday. We were so disappointed when our coffee was amazing, but the coffee my friend bought for HERSELF, had no espresso in it. A brown sugar shaken espresso, with no espresso? It tasted like watery cinnamon milk. She even tipped on top of her order. So so disappointed. I gave her my drink to try to make it better but it doesn’t change anything. Do better starbucks.

Every time I come here I find it dirty and messy. They have many ppl behind the bar but they don’t seem to know what they’re doing. I have seen them putting down the cup on the counter and topple over, missing items…My croissant isn’t even warmed this morning in the 10 degree weather.

I don’t understand why the refreshers are not being shake like Starbucks used to do it before . I mean I worked at Starbucks in NYC and that’s how we were taught to do the drinks . Anyways , I asked the barista to shake my drink because when is not shaking is like drinking water . You can’t even taste anything . I really liked this location at first; big and has everything available. Unfortunately, a particular employee is rude weekly. A young, blonde girl just hates her job or something. She was rude to my 9 year old who was ordering oatmeal and today, to me. If you’re miserable, go elsewhere. This is Saturday mornings 830 am.

I did not even get to order my food or drinks. I guess I need to go through drive through to even get acknowledged. Two people glanced at my mother and I waiting. It wasn’t busy and the drive through wasn’t long. We could have been acknowledged at least. A simple we will be right with you is service, so one star is the least this app will let me give.

This place has saved me so many time during my “hangry” times at work over the last several, several years, as my office is close to the cafe. Staff are pleasant and atmosphere is pretty chill as it’s not crowded and it’s very easy to find a spot to sit and also find parking spaces easily.

On August 31st, I placed an order at 8:08 pm through the app. I received my order at 8:28 pm. When the Starbucks was empty, the employees were cleaning. Today, I ordered a Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte, but received a regular latte with something sprinkled on the foam. And the same employee was working there as on August 31st! I have no desire to go to this address!

There was one guy employee making all the drinks while the rest of the employees were just cleaning. I waited a while for my drink and it wasn’t even busy, I ordered ahead and it said my drink was ready but it wasn’t out. When I asked one of the girl employees about it, she just had a nasty attitude and response. The guy employee was great and heard and did it right away and was super nice. Idk just wasn’t necessary to me.
