I have tried ordering from here many times and 9/10 times they forget my cold foam yet insist they added it. Today I ordered two drinks and one had a little dollop and the other they claim has it. It’s just froth from the shaken espresso not cold foam. My issue is that if I’m paying an extra $1.25 I should at least see a thin layer. Management really has to do something about this…

Worst Starbucks in the area. I usually visit this Starbucks a few times a week in between appointments. I frequently have to wait very long for my drinks to be finished. If I order food, I frequently have to wait extra long. The other day, I ordered a brewed coffee, waited 15 minutes before I finally asked where it was; the barista seemed highly irritated, then went and picked it up from the machine, where it had clearly been sitting for a while because when I got it, the coffee was lukewarm, at best. Today I realized that there lack of attention to customer service extends to not answering the phone. I called several times to try to ask about a lost item, but the phone just rang and no one answered. The only reason this Starbucks does business is because it’s the only thing around. And I think they know it, because they don’t seem to care to be any better than meh.

I got their glazed donut today, and let me tell you ot was warm and super delicious. I also got their peppermint mocha which was super good. I also love their Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino which is my go to. It is the photo I posted below. They also have the friendliest workers you will ever meet and are super open to “if you don’t like it I can give you something else.” I had a great experience today.

Worker said to us, “this isn’t a jungle gym, the park is out here somewhere” because we were scared of a bee and were actively trying to kill it. (doing them a favor honestly) maybe instead of going outside and yelling at people, work on making the drinks that people are waiting so long for. so disrespectful. the worker also said we were damaging their outdoor furniture because someone had their toe on the bottom of the umbrella?? hence the jungle gym comment. the vibe is just horrible and being completely honest, so overpriced for a drink that wasn’t even that good. be a little more mindful of how you speak to customers michaela.

I had high expectations for this newly opened Starbucks, but unfortunately, my visit left much to be desired. The environment was poorly maintained with bread crumbs scattered all over the tables and floor, and no staff in sight to clean up the mess left by previous customers. On top of that, the latte I ordered was not up to par in taste.
While I understand that the staff might be new, it’s clear that more training is needed—not just in preparing quality coffee, but also in maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for customers. Hope these issues are addressed soon, as this location has the potential to be great.

I have visited this Starbucks multiple times, usually around 1:30pm on weekdays. There’s a minimal, if any, wait, and the staff are always very friendly and love to recommend! The interior is fairly spacey and clean, and the outside offers some seating. They also love to make the drinks as pretty as possible!

I was happy when they moved into a new building but the vibe here is way off. The store is open until 8 most nights but the staff starts cleaning and stacking chairs an hour or more earlier than that. It never feels like they really want people in the store.

A neighborhood staple that adds a personal touch. Is it a Starbucks? Yes. But, the staff is always friendly, quick, and accommodating. We live nearby and visit frequently, the service is always consistent and keeps us coming back!
