This place is so mid, quite literally. I see something fall that was glass and I tried to help but instead they yelled at me to leave the store, like what? Then I open something to look at something I bought and they say I can’t? Like dude, the food isn’t good either. Imagine seeing mold on a cookie in there, and the atmosphere? Lots of weird people plus it’s small and not enough space to move ANYWHERE and bad paintings and practically no seats and no privacy, the workers are rude most of the time but some are really nice.

The staff and the food at this location are always amazing. I’ve been coming here for several years and they have always been the best location in the area. I preferred the old store look and feel and I wish they’d go back to the old relaxed dress code but the baristas are still just as amazing as always ❤️

My company comes to this Starbucks twice day, we spend good money here, and one worker, Lucy I believe her name is, is rude every time. It has literally become a joke at our company because when she is here we know there will be a problem. Today I was reading my sticker because my drink looked a darker color then usual and I could not even get through reading it before she came over with a bad attitude asking what the problem is, then got upset because a co worker and I just laughed, because again, knowing there would be an issue. It’s a shame this location has a person like this working in a customer service driven franchise. Can we just get our Starbucks in peace

The worst customer service received yesterday ! Store was empty and 3 employees were talking with each other and ignored paying customers for over 2 minutes! If the store was busy thats one thing but this was bad service ! Completely ignored us! We left and gave our business elsewhere and reached out to District manager to advise them of their employees lack of common courtesy.

Yikes…. horrendous customer service. Yes, it was busy…. but when my drink 1 came out 10 minutes before drink 2, and I simply inquired as to whether drink 2 had been missed (as happens from time to time), 4 staffers all snapped at me, as if my question was unreasonable. Also, several folks who ordered long after me, at the counter, received their drinks. I understand we all need to be patient when starbucks gets busy, but I don’t deserve to be yelled at by your staff for quietly asking about the remainder of my order. Shame on you and your store manager.

I have always gone to the Starbucks for a really long time now however, whenever I go to the Starbucks early in the morning either at 6 AM or 7 AM every single time I go my drink order is always wrong. There’s never been one time that my drink has been right in the morning and it’s honestly so frustrating because I’m always running late to work because I have to sit there and have them fix it every single time. I order my drink from my the mobile app so everything is clearly listed. They mess it up every single time it is so aggravating and they need to do better. I understand it’s super busy but it’s also not fair to the customers, especially when customers are paying for add-ons or things that are charge for more like extra cold foam they’re paying for that but they’re not getting it.

Love this crew!! The staff know my name and the frequent flyers. They are very warm and welcoming. Like anywhere, there are occasional hiccups when things get busy. Because the staff is so kind, I don’t mind as much when there’s an error. It’ll get corrected. Keep up the great work guys!!! I love your spirit!!

I normally love Starbucks, but this visit was the worst experience I have ever had. First I waited to get my drinks for over 30 minutes, I didn’t get them at once, like I ordered them in the app, instead it was one every 10 minutes. Other people were coming in after me and getting their drinks. There were two people working on a busy weekend and it was taking forever, but I was in no rush so I tried to be patient. When I told the lady I had ordered 25 minutes ago and still was missing a drink she looked and said it must not be up yet! Three more drinks were made before she finally “found” my order and made mine and it was wrong! She did make me a new one and I appreciate that, but the entire situation was ridiculous.
