So this isn’t my local Starbucks, but i do go here every now and then when im shopping. Tonight i ordered my drink thru the app, and picked up thru the drive thru. They accidentally made me an iced matcha, and i explained i ordered a hot latte. The guy working immediately took it back and said “no worries! Well make you another one” what really struck me was his pleasant clam and collected vibe. (I have had other experiences elsewhere where baristas give attitude or act like it’s your fault they made your drink wrong, or hastily remake it and it ends up worse than the first one) I decided to go inside to use the restroom, and the same guy directed me kindly as i did not know where it was. (Restroom was spotless btw!) when i came out my drink was made PERFECTLY, and i left completely happy. Even with the mixup, It was a simple, stress free experience, and how a visit to Starbucks should always be!

I don’t know how to say this other than the customer service is probably the worst I’ve had as a person who works in customer service. On top of I was given the wrong drink, and there was old strawberries in my pink drink. And when I called to talk about it, they told me to contact DoorDash, but it’s more than just a contacting DoorDash type of thing when you’re putting old strawberries in your drinks. I didn’t realize until I was halfway done drinking it, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here.

I like Starbucks, but this location has been an issue and I’d rather not go there anymore. I’ve had orders wrong on multiple occasions, and the treatment from some of the staff has been not pleasant. This past weekend I had placed a mobile order as my husband was driving. Since he wasn’t getting anything I thought it would be easier to just place my order through the app and he can just tell them my name to get it. When we got to the ordering speaker, the lady working had an attitude about receiving a mobile order just a minute or two before we pulled up and then proceeded to LIE TO US about a policy change demanding customers to place mobile orders 5-10 minutes before pick up. I looked it up, and there are some policy changes for mobile ordering but NOT on when the order can be placed. I don’t see what difference it makes if I placed my order right there over the speaker with her or if I went through the app. I do not appreciate the attitude of employees I have experienced at this location and I really do not appreciate being lied to.

2 different times we have stopped at this location for an after dinner coffee and they were closed before 6pm during the week and the listing on Google says they are supposed to to be open till 9:30

What can be said about starbucks that hasn’t been said before.
Excellent service.
I tend to get a different drink every time, sometimes they are better than others.
This location tends to make blended items ticker and icier.
Might be your thing might not.
But I keep coming and I only have a great experience.
