Save your money and drive across the spillway to the one in Ridgeland. The food, price, and staff is much better at that location. This location doesn’t offer the 2 Arby’s melts for 7.00. We paid 13.49 for two classic melt sandwiches only here. Ridiculous. They weren’t even warm either. The quality wasn’t great. Service was ok, nothing special. If you’re craving an Arby’s melt it’s worth the drive to the Ridgeland location, also better deals there too.

Canceled my $31.77 online order on 12/20 but didn’t tell me it was canceled until I arrived to pick up the order. I still haven’t received a refund after talking to corporate.
Update: They offered me a cash refund in the store. But they can’t refund my card or mail me a check. But they can mail the cash. Lol! Going through my bank for a refund now. Something seems shady!

The quality of food and also the quality of customer service is absolutely fantastic! I’m loving having an Arby’s close by, it’s everything that I expected. My only slight complaint was, the onion bun didn’t have much onion on it but definitely great flavor

The customer service is mind-boggling here. I’ve only come at night time for Uber eats or DoorDash and they are miserable humans. They purposely ignore you and make you wait forever. When I came for food for myself they barely answered the drive-through speaker and sounded like they were so mad that they were there. This staff only wants to come to work and get a paycheck but wants no one to walk into their building or go to the drive-through. This Arby’s is not going to make it if they are going to let these employees get away with acting this way. No one made them fill out that application. If they’re going to treat people like that, they need to go somewhere else and work.

Husband just left maybe 30 minutes ago and ordered fish sandwich and cheese sticks. The fish sandwich was over cooked and the mozzarella sticks were under cooked. Waste of time and food.

The lady that did talk to me after I stood at the counter for at least 2 minutes was nice, but the one running the drive through was ON HER PHONE THE ENTIRE TIME. So was the one who helped me. What a sad place. No wonder it gets such bad reviews. Corporate needs to come clean house. SUPER slow service and there was hardly any customers there. I was embarrassed for these kids.

Signs on door said they opened at 10am. It was 11am and locked up tight. My friend Matt called and was told that we could wait on someone else to come in, go through the drive through or to go somewhere else. We chose the drive through and ordered the loaded Italian . He told us they were out of them, so we went somewhere else. It appears that the business is not very important to them.

So, we went in this new place on Hwy 25 in Flowood when it was raining outside. Oh no! It was raining “inside” this place! This is a brand new building and
the roof is leaking like crazy! Not good for brand new store! They had wet floor signs and we were able to eat inside anyway… But, the cashier wasn’t smiling and didn’t even say thank you when I paid for my food. Such a shame. Arby’s has such good food.

Staff is horrible, extremely RUDE! No knowledge of their products, out of most of the condiments, fries were over cooked and charged for a side of Au Jus and didn’t receive. Will not be going back! Also the store # is 10061 to leave a review on the website.
