Grabbed a quick sandwich on 2 different occasions while traveling to Harrisburg. It’s a small airport, so there’s never a line and able to order right away. They quickly heated up my sandwich and I had it within 2 minutes. Service was fast and friendly. It’s convenient when at the airport.

The last 3 times I ordered I have been greeted cheerfully and told to have a wonderful or great day with an honest and cheerful tone. The coffee, hot chocolate, and sandwich were all just great!
I just enjoy that it was 3 different days of the week and 3 different times of day and still wonderful staff and great service.

I fly pretty frequently through HIA to visit my family nearby, and I always run into HIA’s employee Shelly… and she is such a treat! She usually works at the Starbucks down Gate B and she’s literally the sweetest thing. Her other associate, Gabby, was very kind and made my evening! Such a great way to end my holiday travel. Found this Starbucks at the Harrisburg Airport open early at 7am. The drinks were consistent with other Starbucks and it was fairly efficient for the number of customers

It was a little busy this morning before 10am and an employee named George was the only one working both the registers and making all the drinks. I saw another employee in the back who kept looking out at the line. She may have had something else to do but she did come out to assist until around 15 to 30 minutes later.
I originally thought someone in the line was going to be frusterated but nobody was.
Props to George for his positive attitude, great customer service skills and ability to create all the drinks very quickly with no problems.

Try not to bother these employees with an order. They are more interested in socializing with each other. I thought I was invisible standing at counter. Even after they got around to making my drink. They just set it on counter without a word. I was to assume it was my drink. People have no self awareness even while working. Go to the Dunkin just 100 feet away. Much better.
