its monday august 4, 15:30. maybe 5 people inside and 2 guys working, greeted me immediately with pep! i had one simple beverage and one with complicated requests. repeated it back to me and made sure i got exactly what i wanted. had the first drink before i even paid! loved it. great service. made one of those days into a pretty good day.

Second time I order a Grande and it’s filled almost 2 inches from the top. I called only because it happened twice at this location and the guy on the phone could only say “sorry about that”. He was not concerned about the report and was eager to get off the phone. If I wanted a tall, I would pay for a tall!! I know this sounds trivial but it’s upsetting when I don’t get what I paid for!

Visited Tuesday July 8th, having a very very stressful day. Both Anna and Brandon were wonderful. Anna helped me with some recommendations and was very helpful and kind. Brandon was super clean making the drink and keeping the bar clean. Both of them had an easygoing vibe, so just being in there took some of the stress away. The atmosphere in general was relaxing and welcoming, and both baristas were helpful and genuine. Will be back, probably my go to starbucks now even if I have to walk more.

I walked into Starbucks being confused at where everything was located and then stumbled across this great manager named Marc Cruz. Taking one look at him, I knew this guy he gets it. He showed me all around the store and made sure I was well taken care of. He even managed to engage other customers and make them feel welcome. He did a great job and I was very fortunate to meet him. Definitely going back!!

On a Sunday afternoon the place is packed, literally no place to sit, but it’s not noisy and service is fast

I am not very expendable with my money but somehow Marc always knew what drink would hit right; he hooked me up with a medicine ball when I was sick and the results were godly. Marc is very knowledgeable about the selection at Starbucks and did a great job managing the establishment. 10/10

I’ve resented my parents for 23 and a half years for giving me the name “Alli”. Every single time I go into a Starbucks it’s “is that Alli with an ‘ie’ or a ‘y’.” It got to the point where I moved out and decided to never speak to them again for the havoc they caused me. Except, for when I stepped into the Starbucks that beheld Marc Cruz. When he took my order, he asked for my name. He then said, and I quote, “how do you spell that?”. He actually asked ME how to spell MY name. I gasped and said “no one’s ever asked me that before”, while I shyly tucked my hair behind my ears. I left Starbucks with a big grin on my face that day and whistled the song “Happy” by Pharrell Williams on my way home. After that, I reached back out to my parents. Since I was living on the streets after moving out, I decided to move back in with them. They brought me in with open arms, no questions asked. I now have a loving relationship with my family due to Marc Cruz.
