Pretty disappointed today. I spent $18.00 on three drinks. The venti ice tea was good. But the Venti and Tall shaken espresso drinks had 3/4 of the cups filled with ice. The venti was only about five sips, then nothing but ice. We probably won’t go back to this Starbucks.

The most consistent Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Drinks are perfect every time. The workers are always the sweetest and so helpful with drink modifications. Well, my previous review disappeared for some reason. But I had a terrible experience here. My family and I went here on a Sunday around 1 and there were a few other cars in front of us in the drive through. It took us over 30 minutes to get our TWO drinks, which came out to 13 dollars. Not only that, but my wife’s drink was unbearably sweet and mine was nothing to write home about.
After waiting for 30 minutes, we get to the window to get our drinks and nobody says a thing to us for a few minutes. The inside of the store wasn’t busy. This is just bad service.
Overall, I’m really disappointed in the speed, service, and quality of this store. I get the store is a week old, but at these prices I’m not going to put up with bad service.

Really good experience here and I’ve tried many many starbucks. Ordered from App. Said 7 to 9 minutes. I walk in at 7 and one drink already on counter. Second one was being placed. And perfectly put together with oat milk and minimal foam. No complaints at all

Terrible service, drink quality depends on staff member i guess. I waited 30 minutes for a terrible watered down version of what should have been a vanilla latte and 1 other drink. Other customers complaining about their drinks too. The girls looked clueless with no sense of urgency. Go to a real coffee shop…this one does not represent the brand well.
