Waited 45 minutes for my drinks. Staff has no sense of urgency. Will never be back to this location. I’ve traveled far and wide my Starbucks has never taken over 15 minutes to get to me. They playing and I hate that for every party involved.

Slow drive-thru. They couldn’t even make two black dark roasts correctly. Coffee spilled out into car within minutes because of cheap lids that didn’t stay on. As a former barista, Starbucks can be much better.

Hands down best Starbucks (out of the 5 on the same block) – they craft your coffee like its a cocktail. First sip sets the day right! Great for the community with their coffee with a cup too!

I’m just going to leave these pictures right here! I’ve never experienced this at any of the Starbucks in Charlotte. My son had to pull the hair out of his throat and then threw up b/c he was so disgusted. And quite frankly, so was I. I spoke with the manager about a free drink but honestly, this is just not a great resolve.
