Very friendly staff at times. The location needs a huge remodel, plus a crack down on the random stranger that goes into the bathroom to do drugs. The food is good, never had any real issues. Once in a while I get a staff member that limits the sauce and ketchup like McDonald’s. Over all, it’s good.

I bought the popcorn chicken ( the new hot one) and it didn’t taste freshly made. Like they’d been sitting there, but not sure. When I ordered, service was kind of rushed or rude. Not friendly at the window. I asked if they put the buttermilk dip in the bag and his expression because now he had to look, was as if he was being bothered but not a word, just handed me my bag. I’m the only one who said thank you and I wasn’t being snarky.

I’ve been here a couple of times and each time they mess up the order. You’d think I’d stop going to this location. They can’t never hear you from the drive through. They never give you the right order. And they never give you a receipt, so there is no proof you purchased anything. When you call to talk to someone they don’t answer. It’s super frustrating when you have ordered for multiple people and not everyone gets their food. Don’t go to this location the staff doesn’t pay attention to the orders. # dissatisfiedkaren
