This amazingly trained staff is friendly, brilliant, and efficient. They serve every customer with a smile. They make my day literally every time I go to Bridgeville. I only come here while visiting pittsburgh pa for the steelers games. They are totally deserving awards and plaques for #1 in customer service. first starbucks i’ve ever seen that has solar panels!
staff is amazingly fast and genuinely very friendly. every time i walk in i see that they are in great moods and having lots of fun. my daily drink is pretty complicated and they still always make it perfect.

I never realized that there was so much room in the Chartiers Valley Shopping Center until this Starbucks came along. This is bigger than the other Starbucks’ in the area. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available.

Staff is rude and disrespectful. The thing working the window shoved the card reader in my hand with voice raised saying “HOLD IT!!” and then proceeds to snatched it out of my hand aggressively and shoved my food into my hand smashing my daughters food and slammed the window shut. Im going back to get the name of the thing that did it and it won’t have a job. Idc.

Building is an eye sore, pulling up to it feels oppressively dystopian. The drive through is horribly placed in the parking lot and messes with traffic. The solar panel roof doesn’t even stop the rain. We were better off with the land being used for parking spaces.

Unpleasant bus station atmosphere. Uncomfortabke seating and broken outlets. Clueless, even rude, counter workers. Equipment is often malfunctioning or “being cleaned”. No creamers out on the customer counter, ever! No waste cans. Restrooms usually propped open for “cleaning”. Odd operation.

So far I havent had an issue with this Starbucks. Pretty nice relatively clean. The part that gets me is not the Starbucks but the Male customers who are RELEIEVING themselves in the bathroom. There is literal spunk on the toilet roll dispenser and floor. I wish I had a solution but I dont know what to tell you. Maybe a sign? But I doubt that will do anything.
