Recently visited during the holiday season and the customer service skills from one young man were extraordinary!! I believe his name was Shawn, super friendly and hospitable!! Made sure my order was correct and was so kind when I pulled up ! My drink was made correctly and the speed was pretty efficient as well!! I didn’t order food but some of it looked / smelled tasty !

Jan 11th after 8pm. 2 of your employees were playing around in the speaker while taking customer orders. They were laughing and pretending that the speaker wasn’t working properly.
One of the employees was blowing in the headset while the other was giggling stating that there was a “glitch” in their system. We could clearly hear what was going on. Super childish. We came with a family of 4 and don’t appreciate our time being wasted as well as “adults” playing around our food.

Enjoy breakfast options and drink variety. Baristas are friendly. Prices are high for what you get but thats just a normal experience at Starbucks . The newish Vanilla custard Danish has become my guilty pleasure i love it

Lower the molasses. Don’t go there if you have any sort of time restraint. They only care about the drive-through, so I would suggest going through that rather than going in to the store.

The staff are always very friendly and they move very quickly. They double check what you ordered and always start a friendly conversation. The feta egg white wrap is vegetarian friendly and my go to. I get a matcha with brown sugar and toasted vanilla syrup with oat milk. The addition of oat milk is what made me start to trying starbucks drinks. I took one star away because the drive through can be awkward, sometimes the line stretches into the street and blocks traffic.

Nice staff, clean location. Asked for light ice in my venti iced brown sugar espresso. 95% of the cup was ice, unfortunately I was in a hurry so I didn’t notice until I was in my car. Drive through from Long Pond is tiny & difficult to get in/out of.
Very disappointed, will be going to my nearby Target Starbucks next time.
