Usually this place is wonderful and always meets my expectations. However today when I placed my online order, it took 50 minutes for it to be made. I arrived at the time it said my meal would be made by, and to my surprise it wasn’t ready. No problem, I thought. I sat down and waited – figuring it would only be a few minutes. Nope. I watched everyone that was inside the building get their food before me. 50 minutes later my food was made, however it was missing some ingredients and was quite underwhelming compared to usual. I won’t hold it against them too much however, as they usual are great. Maybe just a bad night.

I asked for a bowl with what you’d normally get with it. Rice, beans, meat, etc. they couldn’t fill my bowl half way with everything I asked. Waste of money and time. Guy taking my order was not present the whole time either. Took them about 20 min to get my order for 2 taken. On top of it all got what I asked for wrong as well. Wouldn’t recommend going here.

used to come here all the time, it was superb. came back for the first time in a year with friends, absolute trash. almost everything has onions when otherwise advertised as having no onions (which 1 friend is allergic to and therefore couldn’t have anything he ordered, so the whole meal tasted nothing but onions), my rice was cold and didn’t look right, the shrimp was tough, adobo chicken was over-seasoned. overall experience was terrible, paid $55 for absolute garbage. none of us 4 are happy at all

The older man who waited on us was very unfriendly. He didn’t smile and he was kind of rude. He didn’t really talk but he did take my bowl on toss is on the counter to the next worker in line and say “she’ll help with the rest.” The tables were dirty. The food was barely luke warm. Most of the drink choices were out of order. This location gives Qdoba a bad reputation! We have had good food and service at many Qdobas. We will not visit the Neenah location again.
