However, I can’t imagine anyone that enjoys waiting to order while all employees mill about.
Even recognizing that my party was standing there to order would have gotten my business, but instead we all were ignored for reasons unbeknownst to me.

Really REALLY annoyed that this isnt labeled as being IN A COLLEGE BUILDING. I drove far out of our way for this stop only to find myself among dorms and students. I’m with an elderly person who cannot be left alone in the car while I hike in. I could have detoured another way but won’t be now.

I would normally give 5 stars to coffee shops, but this experience was just miserable. When I arrived there was a very short line, but at least 8 people waiting on just drinks. The cashier was in training I think (but not wearing the training indicator). As this is a college coffee shop the students can use their food stipend. The cashier had no idea what was going on with utilizing this function (at least from what I could tell), and the next person to try and help didn’t really do much. Overall, it took almost 10 minutes for them to figure out the disfunction, the whole time not opening the second register. Finally, it was my turn, mind you I’m here with my 4 year old… as I started to order my drinks. The cashier just walked off without saying anything, returning with another batista… to replace the tape in the recipt machine… we are past 15 minutes in line now without even looking at me and saying I’ll be right with you. Than, I ordered my drinks, 2 iced oat milk Macha’, 2 iced oatmilk lattes with peppermint mocha and 3 cake pops. She looked at me the whole time and didn’t input anything… than asked me to repeat, than asked “are you sure you don’t want just peppermint?”… at this point it’s almost 20 min in line with a hungry 4 year old… needless to say, the manager or another batista should have jumped in, someone should have said she’s training, how can we help… than, when my 4 drinks and pops were delivered, it was literally 1 drink ever 4-6 min, so, by the time the last drink go out my first Macha was half melted… almost 45 min for 4 drinks and 3 cake pops…

The Starbucks on West Henrietta road in store has been closed for weeks now. The website say’s in store is open but it is not. This has cause issues there where people are walking in then are not able to go in. Now we have to wait in a line of traffic to pick up the order. It was so bad that we drove away due to inconsiderate drivers honking horns. Poor advertisement.

It is a decent Starbucks inside a college. The service was quick, and the drinks were mostly accurate. They did have to clarify some things while we waited for our drinks though.

The college crowd enjoys. A small place that is good to hang out and enjoy a coffee. Not my style but it’s busy now and the baked goods are tasty.
