This is my go to Starbucks, mostly every time I’ve walked in to get my drink the employees are nothing but nice. My drinks are almost always made properly. Parking lot can be very busy and tricky sometimes to get around as people drive in and out but it’s overall such a pleasant and clean place to get some Starbucks.

I accidentally ordered a hot latte when I meant to say iced. I said “oh shoot I ordered it wrong I meant to say iced” she threw her arms up, and turned away. I said “no it’s ok! I’ve never had it hot I can try it!”. She put on the absolute fakest smile I ever saw and said “nope we’ll fix it” and walked away.
I had a family member pass last night and i was getting a coffee before heading to their home. Leave your attitude at home. Almost had me in tears. What a crappy experience.

Bigger blonde man, the miserable one always at the window. Is completely sassy and rude for no reason when you pick up a mobile order. Whether you are 1 min early or 1 minute late he has something to say about it. Rude and always with an attitude. Seems as if he’s shoving your order at you.

We mobile ordered and waited 18 minutes for an iced London fog. Training needs to be better on time management and how to critically think. Something that takes the longest should be done first. Management needs to train people better. I won’t be back after this experience.

Ordered a shaken espresso got a cup of milk, which happened about 75 percent of the time. With busy mornings, I don’t have time to wait for them to make another one. Used to be good, and I think everyone needs to go back to training. With the exception of one person.

The drinks and food are always amazing. They are always super quick and super friendly!! Very professional and a great atmosphere. I really enjoyed the service from Gianna and Brianna and Jack. They were the highlight of my day. Ps. Bring back the Turkey Sage please (it was my favorite).

When this location opened in my neighborhood I knew I would be stopping most mornings before work. It doesn’t matter if you order ahead or at the drive thru- you will always get exactly what you ordered in a timely fashion. Everyone working there is so friendly, even if I happen to stop by at a different time of day. Love love love this location and staff, will even go out of the way to go to this one!

Today, we accidentally pulled into the wrong drive thru line (mobile order v. regular). When we got to the speaker, she asked who the mobile order was from. We were confused and said that we didn’t have one. Instead of simply letting us know that we were in the wrong lane, the woman “taking” our order instead berated my parter and told her that she’s “refusing service” to her.
Never in all my life did I think such a small mistake would cause such an aggressive response from a customer service worker to the point she straight up refused to serve us – heck, we would have fine to just swing back around and jump to the back of the line!
This location seriously needs to reevaluate who they’re keeping on staff. At this point would recommend going down the road to another coffee location, I know I won’t be back.

This particular Starbucks has been one of the worst I’ve visited! The crew working there provided such poor service with attitude!
1. forced to pay cash if you walk in, even though their credit machine was working at drive-thru
2. They had attitude with customers
3. One of the crew members followed left his post, followed us outside to our car, made fun of us, and went back in. When we were driving away, every employee there sarcastically waved goodbye and kept laughing at us!
4. My wife couldn’t use the restroom because both of their restrooms were locked for over 15 minutes, when confronted they constantly reported that “someone must be in there” and would come to check!
If we had more time, I would’ve called police and reported the crews’ bullying and unnecessary attitude.
Luckily, I don’t pass through that area and it wasn’t the first time visiting Starbucks; otherwise, I’d never be visiting any other Starbucks in my lifetime!
In short, avoid this location if you have a choice!!!! I hope management will do something to train these kids.

Lava Lather
The staff works well and the coffee was good. The way they designed the place with seating on one side in a thin strip felt stale and weird. The pre made food was kind of okay. To tell you the truth, the staff was the best thing.
