CHECK YOUR BILL…..I have been going here to this Starbucks for YEARS. I get the same drink all the time. This morning a new young lady handed me the scanner so I could apple pay and then she took it away. I didn’t think anything of it…..until my final charge came through an 1hr later with an additional $5 added making my total 10.41 instead of 5.41. When I called in the Store manager said I left an extra $5 tip…ABSOLUTELY not…my only fault is I forgot to get my receipt which would have forced her to close the account out right there. Times are HARD but not HARD enough scam extra money from loyal customers. Please note after a lengthy call with the Store management, he refunded the amount and offered me free coffee ….. I dont want free coffee…..the justice is that this NEVER DOES this again to ANY CUSTOMER…f

Ordered an iced pumpkin chai latte at the drive through. Worker handed me a drink that was dark brown. I asked if it was a chai latte because I have never seen it this color before. She said yes so I drove away. I tasted it and it was definitely not what I ordered. I had to go inside and ask her to remake it. She was polite about it but I could tell she was talking/laughing to someone on her phone. Maybe if she was paying attention she would have made my drink correctly the first time or even when I asked her if it was correct. It was before 6am on a Saturday so they weren’t even busy. Will think twice before coming back to this location. Picture of what she first gave me, then the correct drink.

Yesterday I went through the drive thru to order 2 drinks. I was met with such a pleasant voice from the microphone. Kiki introduced herself, and made recommendations to my order. When I drove up to the window she greeted me with a smile. I appreciate her friendly demeanor and great customer service.

Facility too small. Not enough room for all the customers that come and go. Two coffee’s. Standard menu not available to look at. Fast pace, unable to understand conversation. Coffee okay. I’ve had better.

Don’t typically go to this location, but will start to. The staff was friendly, The location appeared to be cleaner than most. The only snafu was that my iced tea didn’t taste right. Not sure if it was the ice, water, or concentrated tea, but the staff gave no issue with replacing the beverage.

I am always stopping by when in the area for a cup of my favorite coffee! Starbucks fan here 🙂 I go inside or place an order via the mobile app because drive-through can get lengthy especially early morning. There is a plenty of seating available, including high chairs and tables, as well as tables outside.

I ordered just a venti dark roast and didn’t realize they’d overfilled it to the point where the first bump I hit spilled it EVERYWHERE in my rental truck for work (it’s even a newer truck with barely 1,500 miles on it). Every time I’m at this shop I always have this issue. The lids are crap and melt with enough heat so it never seals right. I had to dump about 1/4 of it in a parking lot and throw the lid.

Typically crowded place. Service is fine. People use this place to take interviews and meetings. Giving different experience like crowded metro city. Tasted the Latte here which is awesome. Typically we can spend 10 to 15 minutes here.
