We are done with this place!
We live in the area and have wanted to support this local business since it opened. The owner is very nice but every time we come, we are disappointed.
When you order a breakfast burrito, you have to get the meat of the day whatever it happens to be. It doesn’t really matter what the meat is because they don’t put very much meat in their burritos. It’s mostly potatoes. We can never tell the difference between the sausage, bacon, chorizo, etc..
We always order extra cheese because they hardly put any in the burritos. They always charge us for extra cheese, but there is never much cheese at all.
This morning, we decided to get smothered breakfast burritos. They were definitely smothered with green chili. NO CHEESE!!!!!!!! My husband asked them to put cheese on mine and melt it. Five minutes later, I got my cold burrito back with a sprinkle of cold cheese on top.
My husband didn’t bother asking for cheese on his. As his burrito went from warm to room temperature, the green chili coagulated.
We will never be back! From now on, we will be going to Gomez across the parking lot where we always get great service and great food!

We stopped by for a late lunch and the staff was friendly and helpful. I asked about gluten-free options, and they provided an excellent allergy menu, which I really appreciated.
On the downside, the soda tasted off, almost like the machine hadn’t been cleaned properly. That was a disappointment, but otherwise the visit was fine.

Okay place! Very big and spacious to eat inside at with the full menu. Or you go through the drive-through and they have just the things that are popular to eat. They’re quick and easy favorites. Here’s the menu from inside. The restaurant is clearly changed its direction to more fast food style. Several years ago, I went to the normal restaurant where they had servers the food portions were much bigger and definitely enjoyed that better than today’s direction with it becoming more fast food.

Good location, food is always on point and fresh. Giving 4 starts instead of 5 because the customer service has really declined here. They don’t greet you at the counter or window, sometimes they won’t even say anything until you start to order. No eye contact, no smile, just a very flat interaction at times. There’s two female employees there I usually have a good interaction with (one always compliments my nails and always has a cute set herself)! Otherwise, barely any effort than to get you your food and get you out. I understand the food is the point of your service, I just appreciated the friendliness that this team used to have. I’m not sure if there was a change of owner or something of the sort, but they could really use some support on this front.

Dirty restrooms, food isnt worth the amount of money. Small portions. You may as well go to a bigger mexican restaurant and pay the same and get a good amount of food. But the food wasn’t bad, and people are nice.

Their food is always good but this morning it was beyond that. Their burrito was wrapped so well that not one drip escaped and was so easy to hold. The flavor was amazing. I get the beef hard shell tacos every time we go because they are so good, but they were even better today! Love this place!

I bought a burrito today around 8:45-8:50. The menu does not say it cost an additional $4.00 to not choose the meat of the day. Also it says it cost more money to add chile not to remove it. The worker at the drive thru stated it cost an additional $3-4 to remove the chile. I got the burrito and it was soaking wet. Spilled all over my pants. It was inedible. I would not recommend.
I did not miss understand. The drive-through worker specifically stated it cost an additional 3 to 4 dollars to remove the chile from the burrito. Also, it does not stay anywhere on the menu outside in the drive-through that it cost an additional four dollars to choose a different meat. It only lists the burrito and the meats you have available.

Extremely disappointed with today’s service. Ordered a few things including a burger with fries and chili cheese fries and it’s not just that they were UNsatisfactory but they were completely and utterly gross! Not only does it look like they were soaking in grease for a while (which maybe explains the abundance of grease on my containers) but looks like they were soaking in dirty grease or a fryer that hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time. I called and was pretty much told unless I went back, there would be no refund or credit but that they’d pass my info along- I’m choosing to NOT load up my kids in the cold and drive 15ish minutes back so it is what it is BUT use this as a PSA to save your money! I will say I appreciate the gal who called to tell me her manager said NO on any kind of credit but either way, do better Santiago’s.

I think they may need to hire more ppl…girl @ drive thru seemed overwhelmed, my burrito had more grease than chile, tried a ta o for the 1st time & it wasn’t good – overly greasy as well. Very sad, was here a few weeks ago & everything was great. Would’ve given 2 stars but thank God I was given lots of napkins for the grease!

This was not the Santiago’s food experience I had before. Food was not good at all. Burrito bowl nearly made me throw up. Street Tacos was somewhat good but still, you can get way better tacos in the price you pay here in other places
