I ordered a drink with no whipped cream and a shot of espresso(which is extra fee) received a drink with whipped cream and NO SHOT OF ESPRESSO. After 15 minutes waiting.

This place have not been the same in a very long time. Price went up, drinks become mediocre. Waste of money. Might as well get McDonald’s coffee instead, that’s how bad it is for the price. Find somewhere else for coffee, don’t bother with this place. I been going there since they were in common grounds spot across the street; now I have to move on. Neither drinks taste like ice brown sugar oak milk shaken espresso.

Update:
Tall caramel ribbon crunch, full of whipped cream hardly anything to drink. After one sip it’s done.

This location is one of my favorite to do business with as a full time Door Dasher. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and highly efficient. Kudos to Avery on the morning shift for manning a well balance store. Would highly recommend hands down!

This is the most problematic location in such a high traffic demand area, the store hours vary & they are always short staffed 6pm on a Monday and it’s closed? Annnd it’s the holidays in a busy area… Crazy…. Starbucks pay people more so you can keep a staff or stop opening up locations vs investing time in taking care of problem locations

I was served quick for this Starbucks online. Although a friend of mine required about 5 mins for getting his stuff even when no one was ahead of him in line.

I loved the ambience and it’s one of the best places in this area for working outside of home.

A strong recommendation for this vibe 🙂
