I was attracted by the large glass walls, and the bright, airy lobby was delightful. It would be even more perfect if the staff had smiles on their faces. However, seeing small flying insects inside the pastry display case through the glass completely put me off from ordering any pastries. I have to say the hygiene could really be improved.
In any case, Starbucks is a part of everyday life, and I hope it keeps getting better.

I am absolutely disgusted. I took a few sips of my coffee and got a mouth full of chunks. I opened the lid and started spooning out what looks like old milk. I will be contacting someone about this. I have never had anything like this happen before and I will never be coming back to this Starbucks.

This location has gone downhill quickly. It seems like both management and staff have changed, as I no longer see the familiar employees who used to work here. The wait times are ridiculous—you see a long drive-thru line and think going inside will be faster, only to end up waiting even longer because in-store orders clearly aren’t prioritized. Waiting nearly 40 minutes for a drink is unacceptable.

The staff don’t appear to have much sense of urgency, and the drinks are consistently inconsistent, which is frustrating—especially considering they should all be trained to make the same drinks the same way

the vibes are not immaculate; they ripple with subtle unease, like cracks in a mirror reflecting too much at once. the new staff are not friendly, don’t greet, and seemed confused. only the few old staff that are there greet and do their best. my ice shaken espresso is NEVER shaken in a tumbler how it should, and i have to tell them to do so and that actually pisses me off, to literally watch them shake it in the cup they’re serving it in. and it’s over all a sad place to walk in. stop hiring people who are only there bc they need a job. start hiring people who love coffee and making drinks and are actually excited about it and have great attitudes and customer service.

Every time I come here, I come out with a smile. Recently I went in and talked with the morning crew Ashley, Erin, Delia, & Cynthia. I always get a good greeting with smiles & my drink is always made correctly. They’re all the best! Never changing to another location!

I don’t even want to give 1 star I’m so mad. We ordered 3 grande iced Dubai chocolate matcha drinks. Firstly it was disgusting and I’ve had it before so I know what it is supposed to taste like. The matcha was not even mixed in the drink. Look like we ordered kale or broccoli in the drink. Secondly I called the location and no one ever answered the phone 5 phone calls before I got so much madder that I called the North Babylon store and they answered first call and even listened to my problem. North Babylon accommodated me by making them over and apologizing for the deer park store which is very respectful. I want to give a shot out to Carla for answering the phone and for the shift supervisor derriann for making them correctly. Thirdly when we went to the store to pickup our order the staff of young girls were dancing all over the store I guess instead of answering the phone or making the drinks correctly. North Babylon was disgusted when they saw what we had received.

I visited this Starbucks TODAY Sunday, August 17th around 12:30 PM. Since the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building, I decided to go inside, thinking it would be quicker and a little more personal. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.

The partner at the register, wearing a green apron with several pins (J), walks towards me looked at me and simply said “Ready?” — no “hello,” no smile, no acknowledgment that I had just walked in. I even said “Hi, Good afternoon” first, but his response was literally “aha” still non existent but yet dismissive. As a business owner with over 30 years of customer service experience, I know how important those first few seconds of interaction are. They set the tone for the entire visit, and this set the wrong one.

I ordered the Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, a drink I’ve enjoyed before and know well. While it was prepared quickly — which I appreciated — the taste was off and didn’t meet the standard I’m used to. On my way out, another customer walked out a little behind me, and I overheard J warmly wish her a “Have a good day.” That small courtesy was never extended to me, and it left me wondering why I was treated differently.

When I spend seven dollars on a coffee, I expect not just a drink, but a consistent and welcoming experience. Today I got neither. It was disappointing, and it made me think twice about whether I’ll return to this Starbucks — or to Starbucks at all.

This location has a drive thru so I had to wait a bit before anyone could take my dine in order. Ordered a cappuccino and sausage, egg and cheddar sandwich which was deliciously hot right from the oven. Large floor to ceiling windows let in a good amount of sunlight for a vitamin D fix and the open space makes for an airy feeling.

It took me no less than 10+ minutes to get a simple latte. And it came with a side of attitude. Also the overhead music was super loud. We genuinely could not have a simple conversation. Will NOT revisit.

The best Starbucks around. Place is always clean and the food and drinks are always good. Great employees working here, they’re always ready to help you. Also, when you walk through the door they greet you with a warm welcoming smile and good attitude.
