I have to recognize Ethan. He was making drinks and asked for my name, and when he found my name wasn’t in the queue he pointed out that it was to the wrong store. He was able to help me at the register while making drinks and then made my drinks for no charge.

A very locked in star bucks. This place never gets my order wrong and even in a rush, they get my food and drinks out pretty quick. The store itself is in a nice location to grab a drink before doing a little shopping, and the employees are helpful and nice. No complaints for this store which is hard to come by with Starbucks

Friendly staff and warm atmosphere. Smaller than some other Starbucks, but I’ve never seen it too crowded when I go. The drive through seems to get busy in the mornings, however, so I’d tend to avoid it if possible.

I understand that the drinks will always vary slightly based on who makes them BUT when you are paying almost $6 for a beverage you went out of your way to purchase you expect people to get their s&!? straight. I ordered a Salted Cold Cream Cold foam cold brew with extra foam and I received this. First of all, this isn’t even the normal amount of foam you would receive with this drink order and on top of that, it tastes horrible. Such a letdown!

The barista who is Asian Indian who works on the drive-thru lacks customer service because I asked her for a straw and she told me it was inside the bag. But the way she said it, she seemed bothered that I even asked for it. After I left and checked the bag, there was no straw in the bag. If a customer asks for something, the barista should be able to accommodate the customer even if something small.

The lady who has olive skin and dark hair who is always at the drive through window was the rudest person I’ve ever met. I pull up to the window to pay and my total is 14.90, I hand her 10.90 thinking it was a 20. my bad and she says in the rudest tone of voice, “its 14.90” I say im so sorry I thought this was a 20 and then proceed to hand her a 20 instead. I say im sorry about 4 times. she doesn’t say anything back and just keeps giving me nasty looks. so she hands me my change and I snatched it out of her hand and drove away, the I hear her say “what was that for” like she was so rude to me for no reason and she questioned why I was annoyed. I go to that Starbucks on a daily basis and that disgusted me.
