I’ve been visiting this Starbucks 2–3 times a week for several months. Overall, the experience has been mixed. Sometimes the baristas are polite and friendly, other times it’s just basic service—no greeting, no smile. I’ve also had recurring issues with my order accuracy. As someone who follows a plant-based diet, getting dairy instead of oatmilk isn’t just an inconvenience—it leads to a very uncomfortable reaction, and unfortunately, this has happened more than once.
That said, I want to highlight a barista who truly makes a difference: Pat. My last two visits were completely transformed by his presence. From the moment we walked in, he greeted us at the door, acknowledged our wait, and engaged with genuine friendliness. He verified our order carefully, responded warmly to conversation, and his body language was open and welcoming. You could feel the positive energy in the space because of him.
Pat didn’t just offer service—he offered hospitality. Enthusiastic, high-energy, and professional, he brought a level of care that stood out from the rest. If every visit felt like it did when Pat was working, this location would easily be a five-star experience every time.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and never had an issue until now, but this same problem has now happened to me twice. I ordered a venti drink and was shocked to find it filled only halfway when I came to pick it up. The barista didn’t see anything wrong with it, even after I pointed it out. When I asked for it to be remade, the barista simply filled the rest with milk instead of actually fixing the drink. This is absolutely unacceptable and not the level of service I expect from a place I’ve trusted for years.

I had a great experience at this Starbucks. I was unsure about what I wanted, and the barista gave me a great recommendation that was exactly what I needed to quench my thirst. The service was friendly and welcoming, and my drink was made perfectly. Such a pleasant stop, definitely coming back.

The staff members are very nice here and the drinks are always good, but they take sooo long to get the orders out. I’m not sure if they have too many complicated drinks on the menu or what the reason is but no matter the time of day or how many people they have on it always takes FOREVER to get my order. That’s not the best business model for a place whose market is mostly people on their way to work and I’m sure it makes the day harder for the baristas too. Management really needs to find a solution to this.

Well like to inform those who are in position to make changes. Like real managers or executives or GM of this location. Things need to be upgraded like training or upgrade to new employees. These employees seem to like each other and their silly anger is spilling out onto their work. It comes out in disrespect towards people – customers like me ,who your two employees think are insignificant for what ever reason . I could be rich or not rich yet I get treated badly by Dave and Big girl 5’9″ & a half about 230 lbs or so. They put on a show when the managers were there but when the managers left she continued her disrespectful way towards customers she deemed not worth her time. Buy a coffee she takes my name , same as Dave and I won’t see my coffee for 10bor 15 minutes and this is during very low occupancy as far as customer are not there. They are observed by me mingleing with friends and just doing other not very important task near the rear like checking cell phones and not getting my coffee. Luckily there is a White male who strikes me as a theater major who notices these situation and asked to help me after he notice I was ready to ask for my coffee in a very demanding manner. So this starbucks is in a good location but has very bad employees. This happened five times youd think they have beef with me or they just racist against certain people. They need a new scenery. But the coffee is great once I get it.

I ordered ahead and after I walked in in about a minute I had my coffee. My food was a different story I had to wait for the cashier to take two more orders and then tell the Barista a story before she even started to prepare my food. And on top of that it looked dirty and messy not the best Starbucks experience I gave you three stars because the Barista was on top of it but your cashier needs supervision and maybe there should be more than only two employees in the store if it’s too much for only two people

All the staff is lazy they don’t want to prepare the order , they keep sending customers here to there oh he gonna do that , he gonna do that , i ordered on uber couple of time they don’t even give the drivers order , i was waiting for my order 3 hours. Still after that i had to cancel the order

Horrible service ! My husband went to grab me and himself a latte and came back home today to ask me how it tastes. He mentioned the guy working there today was rude and when my husband asked for light ice the barista put no ice at all. Don’t work then if you hate your job just quit and don’t make bad drinks atleast.

Visited this location due to their current promotion of holding flavors and was looking forward to enjoy some morning joe. The lines were decent and the barista service was excellent. We ended up getting pumpkin spice latte and caramel brûlée latte. We were in and out of the location in less than 10 minutes. Only thing I would recommend increasing the social distance.

Place needs a little cleaning. We wanted to sit in and sip our coffee but the tables were so dirty, the floors were filth and garbage piled to brim of the disposal area. Now I’m all about having fun at work but… had to remind my server what a venti look like. Otherwise the coffee taste good and the servers were pleasant.
