My man was super hungry and craving a quarter pound cheeseburger from McDonald’s . This is what he gets in his bag …. What the heck is that? It’s like they literally drowned that burger in grease! Would any of you people that work at McDonald’s or whoever made this burger, would you eat that!? I wouldn’t even feed that to my dog or any animal! That’s just disgusting and I hope you feel accomplished to whoever made this burger that night . Nasty!

Someone please explain to me how they cannot serve hot fries. I ordered a combo meal and 2 happy meals and not a single hot fry among them.
I don’t know why I’m surprised but the spicy chicken sandwich I ordered was ambient temperature also so for the time I waited for the food it must have hit an artic zone and removed the heat. I was willing to deal with poorer food quality when it was affordable but come on McDonald’s if you want to charge more you need to step up and at the very least serve hot fries

Every single time I make the bad decision to come to this place, because of convenience, I’m disappointed in myself. The prices if you pay attention are more expensive that other locations. The service is horrible. You wait in the drive thru 20 minutes minimum. The drive thru mic/speaker sounds like the person is eating it. Just don’t bother coming here. Fries are over cooked.

Don’t bother getting a drink because you will always get a watered down and/or flat drink. Just moved to town and have gone a handful of times, had to dump the drink every time. After 5 visits, fixing the drink machines doesn’t seem to be a priority to whoever owns it. Seems other reviews have been stating the same thing for awhile.

They also don’t give you food they forgot to place in the bag. Takes forever to get through their drive through. There could be one person in line and it will still take 20-30 minutes.

They have teenagers running the place and they just stand around and talk, cuss, and yell. There is no management in sight and if there is, they are more friends than managers to the workers. The orders are always wrong, the place is dirty, sticky, and riddled with mold. I will be contacting the health department because this was such a disgusting place that I walked into today.

Came to this location Sunday morning at 6:30. There’s 4 cars in the parking lot and supposed to be open at 5am. Went to the drive thru and they said that they wasn’t going to be open until 7am. Nobody knows how to run the grill??? Nobody can cook the food?? This place is a joke!!!!!

Went through drive through and got an ice cream cone, they told me to pull forward, I payed then when I went to the next window and then they told it wasn’t working and couldn’t refund it. I went inside and every drink at the machine is flat. Fries were not salted and there always 1 table that’s crowded with employees stuff. Food comes out fast. About the only thing good here

We ordered inside at the kiosk and every time we do decide to go there, they are out of ice but don’t tell you until after you’ve paid. While we are ordering, one worker tells the other they are out of hot fudge and the lady in the drive thru had already paid to which the other worker responded yeah, I know just ask her if she wants caramel or something. If you knew, why didn’t you inform someone and let the drive thru know? I ordered sweet tea went to get it but there wasn’t any in the lobby. When I asked if they had sweet tea, he responded yeah back here. Okay so read the receipt and notice what you do and don’t have. I asked for the tea and the response was we can give you what we have but it may not be a full cup. All of our fries were ice cold and disgusting. We asked for new ones and then I opened my mcchicken and it had brown lettuce and shredded cheese on it. They don’t come with shredded cheese. We ended up leaving and not eating anything.
