My wife and I have lunch here almost everyday (Starbucks Scarsdale Train Station Store #2789. We are treated royally by the staff. The barristas all know us by name and know exactly what we order. The manager Lyndsey and her crew Jalene Drew Inez Senel are great Hardworking and customer service is their aim. The barristas Hayden Samanrha Crystal Mark Bree Erin KyraLuc and a few more are helpful smiling and just make you feel welcome. This store should be used as amodel for other starbucks it is a caring welcoming and clean store.

We walked in and one of the starbucks employees was acting crazy and seemed liked he was under the influence. He was coughing constantly and on everyones food, not aware of his surroundings, playing around, yelling out loud and not doing his job. I was very dissatisfied and i had to leave. The 2 young men were making me feel uncomfortable and making the atmosphere feel unwelcoming. The 2 other lady’s were doing a very good job and attended to our needs. I’m extremely disappointed.

It is a pretty convenient Starbucks, right in the train station. It is very busy most of the time. It does not have a lot of room to sit so it is easier to take on the go. The service is not bad but definitely not the best one out there. I enjoy going there in the mornings during my stay in Scarsdale.

Mediocre as hell. It’s like everybody there is either a new hire, or hates the job they signed up for. Almost every single time I go in, something is wrong with my order. Not to mention my drink is almost never filled to the top like it’s supposed to. Don’t waste your time here, they’ll fail you every time. Find a different Starbucks for your morning caffeine.

During the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic , the Starbucks in Scarsdsle Village was one of the few places that opened up offering coffee and other treats via a “ take out window”! In the early days of this craziness, it was a welcome sight especially to see some of our favorite baristas still working when so many people had been furloughed. Now, six months into our “ new normal” there store is opened for business and they Ben offer outdoor seating on their terrace and in front of their store. They may have the friendliest staff and the most caring manager, Mark Jessamy , who really makes everyone feel valued and loved.Of course the challenge is trying to enjoy your drink while wearing your masks!

Hello,
My wife and I come here every other day since we live on Garth. We’ve been loyal customers because you make amazing drinks and your place has always been accessible—especially important for people like us who are Deaf.
Unfortunately, today was not a great experience. I noticed several people ordering cups of water, so I approached the counter and asked for water too. I had our two puppies with me, and they were very hot. The staff member told me to order through the mobile app, but I pointed out that others were receiving water directly without using the app. What’s the difference?
I was really disappointed and upset. I told my wife, and she went inside to ask as well. Another staff member, who was busy making drinks, gave her the same response. A Black woman nearby heard the interaction but didn’t step in to help or clarify anything.
We understand how busy things can get—we’ve both worked in hectic environments before. But what truly hurt was seeing three of your staff laugh at us when we were trying to communicate and couldn’t fully understand them. That was disrespectful and deeply disappointing.
We’ve been coming here for years because we believed this was a place that welcomed everyone. I hope this situation leads to better understanding and change.
Sincerely,
Rockia and Alexandra

Excellent service, the staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially a red-haired guy who’s also very cute.

Truly impressive not only in how how lazy the employees are, but also their complete lack of self awareness

I really like this location. Today I came in and had ordered the potato chive bake and someone wrote “delicious” on the package in sharpie and…it just made my day. It made me excited to try it and was just a fun, thoughtful comment. And you’re right, it was delicious!!

Lovely location. Spacious. It’s a big place with minimal seating inside. A few single tables and one big group table (I like the hooks under the table tho). Food and drink were delicious. There is outdoor seating which is a plus. You are steps to metro north and local cab company which was a life saver for me. One thing to note: it could be a teen hangout during busier times. Not that there’s anything wrong with that per se….
