For a fantastic start to your day, look no further than the Starbucks in Branchburg, NJ. This location offers a wonderfully spacious environment, and from the moment I walked in, the staff’s pleasant demeanor made my ordering experience a breeze. My barista, in particular, deserves a shout-out for flawlessly preparing my Venti Non-Fat Caramel Macchiato. I left feeling completely satisfied with both the attentive service and the expertly made beverage. This Starbucks is definitely a highly recommended stop!

Love this location. I make sure anytime im in the area i stop in. Mostly because of the service I can get coffee anywhere but service is key. The manager Greg is the main reason. His customer service is superb and the reason ill keep coming back.

If you’re looking for wobbly & sticky tables from the uncleaned filth on it & overflowing trash cans, then this is a Must Stop for ya….and I assure you my standards of hygiene or comfort of eating at a public venue have NOT changed in 50 years.
Excited about their bfast sandwich menu boasting MEATY treats, I found out that only their Turkey Cheddar Muffin has actual meat on it, accompanied by increasingly nasty demeanor of the attendant that took offense inyo my comment about lack of MEAT in a MEATY looking sandwiches….I was then ridiculed by her in front of other clientele. I’m not a lawyer, but know and can pay for quite a few.
She ramp up her NASTY even higher as I’ve simply asked for their ingredients list – a Federal Requirement – of the “MEATY” sandwiches & feq other items sold for consumption by public as I reserve the right to be the arbiter of what enters my or my loving daughter’s body….and I have a feeling I’m not alone on that.
Coffee remains OK quality.

I’m here about once every two weeks, only on Thursdays, and this is what happened the past 6 times so far:
-Order gets stolen by another customer
-Order is wrong
The staff is nice, but I’ll be avoiding this location going forward.

Drink is almost always made wrong. Never greeted. For spending almost $6 on a drink, I’d expect a little effort going into it. I will purposely continue to go out of my way to go to any other Starbucks location

I came in a few days ago and had a great experience at this location. While it seemed the store was a bit understaffed—with only three employees visible at the time—drinks were still made promptly and turned out delicious! I also appreciate that this store isn’t directly off Route 22, making it feel like a hidden gem. Additionally, the atmosphere inside was cozy and relaxed, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a drink or catch up on some reading.
Unfortunately, during my visit, I did witness a dispute between an elderly customer and one of the workers. He appeared upset about having to wait a few minutes and claimed his drink was incorrect. However, the staff politely explained that he had actually picked up the wrong order. As he left, he shoved past me and muttered “lousy staff” on his way out, which felt unfair given the employee’s professionalism and patience.
Overall, I had a positive experience and commend the staff for handling a difficult moment with grace.

I absolutely love this location. They remember my name because I come in everyday and it’s honestly the most welcoming feeling. From little notes on my cups to warm hellos this is by far the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. And they have NEVER messed up my order!! Everyone of those employees deserve the utmost appreciation! 🙂

This location has become my go-to Starbucks on my way to work. I always order ahead using the app, and everything is always fresh and ready on time, but my communication with the staff is limited because I just run in, grab my stuff and run out. This morning I had this sweet little note on my cup. It’s such a small thing, but I was already having a really difficult day, and this small effort really picked my spirits up. Thank you, see you guys again soon!
