Jean has to remember to bring her customer service attitude with her because I think she leaves it at home. I understand getting up from your bed in winter to come to work at 5 AM feels like torture at times, but I do it too, and I don’t treat people the way she treats people in that location. On Thursday, I came in to order my usual and she ignored me while organizing Pastries that couldn’t have waited Have waited. if it was that important, she could’ve told me to give her a second and I would appreciate the acknowledgment. Instead, she ignored me, then came with a stink face and attitude to ask me what can I get you? Then proceeded to make my coffee, then put it on the other end of the counter while I’m standing in front of her just to be mean. She could’ve done the case of telling me to go pick it up at the end of the counter, but then she just walked away. This is insane because everybody else in that coffee shop is so nice especially Kristina. They are always ready to serve with a smile, no matter what time of the day. I’m not expecting Jean to smile, but the least she can do is true treat me like a valuable customer.

One star. Zero stars if I could. Employees were yelling at customers and we ordered four drinks and all four were made incorrectly. Didn’t want to order again because line was taking 30 minutes. Two drinks were extremely overmixed and missing the cold foam we paid two dollars extra for and one drink was so chunky it wouldn’t even go through the straw. Employees literally made the drink but just left it lying on the back counter across from us without giving it for more than 10 minutes. One drink gave my kid a stomachache also and overall a horrible experience. I strongly recommend going to the Starbucks in Bridgewater commons or branchburg instead of this trashy place.

The hours reported on Google Maps were incorrect. Drove all the way based on the 10pm closing time, instead of going to a closer store, but discovered that the store closes at 9pm, like all the other branches in the area.
Also, the location on Google Maps is incorrect.
I filed an update on both, but it’s the store management job. Not sure if the hours for the rest of the week and the morning are correct either.
The plus is that my coffee was prepared quickly and without issues despite impending end of shift.

staff don’t know how to make drinks right. it’s been months since cannonball drink was released and u still can’t make it right. i got a drink that tasted like pure water and 90% ice, and the color was way off. u have one job to make a drink and still do it poorly. do better plz

Save yourself the trip. I came here to pick up a mobile order, which was a breakfast sandwich and an iced matcha latte. I wish I would’ve taken a picture of the drink because it looked like a drink filled with spinach; I was so turned off. The matcha powder wasn’t properly mixed into the drink. I hardly tasted the almond milk but I didn’t want to go back inside to confront the woman who made the drink because I just didn’t have the energy. I’ve just decided that I won’t be returning to this location. Please train your staff to make the drinks correctly!!!!

he’s so unhappy there. THEY FORGOT BOTH MT PASTRIES. And then he handed me my
mango dragon fruit refresher and the color
was light brown from the peach iuice and
green tea I paid extra for. When I asked him
why it wasn’t pink, he said because vou had
the peach juice and green tea added into it
I’m like it’s a mango dragonfruit refresher,
sn’t it supposed to be pink? He’s like oh they
didn’t add the dried dragonfruit in it. He
brings it back and 1 ask twice is the mangc
dragonfruit refresher base in my drink and
both times he says yeah but sounded
unsure, I try it and there was none. 1 politely
ask if he can add more because 1 don’t taste it, he takes it back annoyed and brings it back with the actual pink color of the drink
and the regular taste. 1 thank him and he
closes the drive thru window on me lol smh

As a regular customer who usually comes here to work as my go to spot, I was surprised. I simply asked for a cup of ice to fill my water when I came in , but the one of the staff rudely insisted that I had to make a purchase first.This gave me a bitter taste on who ever runs this location. Never had I had anyone refuse for small cup of Ice especially if i was going sit here for couple hours.
