We don’t have this deli where I live but when I go to my mother-in-laws house I always stop here to grab a sandwich for the road! The king club is my favorite! Always fresh always delicious. Soo good I forgot to take a picture to share!

I had a New Yorker. It’s pastrami, brown mustard on marbled rye. The pastrami and the mustard are milder than I was hoping for, but it’s still good.

I came here with a bunch of other men. The cashier was an older lady, mousy looking with little spectacles, who struck me as a deep evangelical, but didn’t follow the teachings of Christ as she was possibly the rudest cashier I’ve ever had. She was arguing with my friend about the size of the sandwich; she read it out “16 inches”, (even though they don’t have that), and my friend kept saying 12. It was his fault that she didn’t hear his order, even after he repeated several times. It took her ten mins to take our orders, we waited for a half an hour before figuring out that she never put our orders through. The rest of the staff was great with making it up to us – long story short, if you want free food, probably go when this lady is working the front. She’ll mess up and you’ll get a meal comped.

I ordered 2 c2 king clubs with chicken bacon spuds and then 2 bowls of soup one chilli one potatoe!and two large drinks I get to my car and I have 3 soups and 2 spuds! I go back inside and said this isn’t what I ordered! I was advised that isn’t what she rung me up for and I could only swap the soup out for one c2 king ! I Long story short I still didn’t get what I ordered I couldn’t get the other c2 king club I ordered that she didn’t ring me up for when both c2 were exactly the same::

I haven’t ate the salad yet but the spud was SCRUMPTIOUS. I was NOT disappointed but actually overly impressed. The whole ordering and pick up process was seamless.
I have the salad to take to work and I’m sure it will not disappoint HIGHLY recommend

Ordered the Ultimate Nacho salad to go When I got home and opened, my sack did not have the chili that was supposed to be in there and did not have the sour cream. Very disappointing as I live on the other side of town so I would not turn around and go back.

I spoke to the manager Ana today. I told her this is the best McAllisters in Louisville. I drive out of my way from the closest one in Fern Creek to this location. The food is always how I order it. The people are friendly, and the service is amazing. I have been here many times and I will be back. I appreciate the team at this location.
