We stopped here during a late night trip from NY to the Philly area. We stopped at around 1 a.m., and amazingly, Starbucks was open at that time. The coffee cane out excellent hot and we enojyed it. Very reliable !!!

I ordered Iced White Chocolate Mocha with whip cream. However, when I started drinking it, it didn’t taste bad cause the whip cream wasn’t mixed yet. Usually when I taste the whip cream alone, it has a rich taste. This time when I mixed the whip cream with the coffee it was bad. When it got mixed with coffee it changed the taste of the coffee too cause it became curd. Probably they haven’t stored the whip cream in the fridge and it went bad and messed up my stomach.

The cashier is a hot mess! I ordered an English muffin with bacon, egg and cheese but got some weird wrap with potato sausage egg. It was disgusting. She didn’t pay attention to what I told her and coffee is not good, very watery… Hope the management pays attention to this comment and disciplines this person. Terrible experience

They have mobile order in Starbucks at this service area. We have been waiting for at least 20 mins for the drinks. Then we have to ask the staff about the mobile order and then they told us the mobile order system doesn’t work. What in the world they can’t put a sign saying that the mobile order system is out. Very disappointed with the management of this location. Not organized. I know it’s rarely renovated but still they must make sure the system at least work.
