I love this Starbucks because they have great service and their staff very friendly. I went yesterday with 2 friends of mine and I tried the new cappuccino in espresso your coffee is always fresh and the pastries are one of my favorite items to eat when I’m at Starbucks they were very busy yesterday but each customer was taken care of and less than 2 minutes.

I did a mobile in store pick up. Placed the order at 10:57am. Didn’t walk out with my order of 3 items until 11:20. I got to the store at 11. Every customer who walked in after me was being served immediately. Order was out in 5 minutes tops. I had 2 items out within a short amount of time. I waited 20 minutes for one drink. Didn’t even get an apology for the wait either. I tried to stay patient due to myself working in customer service. But the time is posted on the stickers. By the time I walked out with the hot chocolate it was barely even hot. It was the first thing made of the order.

Not a happy camper! Second time getting a Grande Java Chip loaded with mocha syrup and chocolate sauce on my whip. Asked the girl with a mask to be easy on the sugar.. to make it not so sweet.. and it came out worse than last time.

I release that it’s Easter Sunday, but the attitude is got from a server there was uncalled for. I ordered a large latte and cheese Danish. The server ( young women, with pigtails, tall, dark hair) after being reminded I ordered a danish, tosses it at me. Not handed it me, but tossed. I like to know what I did to piss her off. Do you really need a server like that to represent your brand? If so I’ll just get my coffee from Dukin Dounts.

I really love the Starbucks at the Cumberland Mall. The new design looks excellent. There is something for everyone. Whether you love hot coffee, iced coffee, Frappuccinos, or something fruity, they have it. Me, I love my cappuccino screaming hot with a touch of vanilla bean powder. The baristas are always friendly. Shout out to Meredith, she’s friendly and welcoming!

The baristas at this location are so nice and friendly!! Every drink I get from there is always perfect and delicious. I appreciate their quickness and attentiveness for the customers, they always remember my name and my drink. Highly recommend this Starbucks if you enjoy a joyful/inviting environment.

Well my review was years ago. I just came today and is not the same. They changed the whole place . No good for customers you have to sit on a bench with strangers no bars. And the frappuchinos taste like just blend ice.
