I review a lot of places. I love giving places a boost. The girls here are amazing. I prefer walking in, ordering, sitting, and relaxing. They are under pressure from the drive thru, but they still made me the best latte and warmed pan chocolate I have had since I was in Paris. Cheers ladies.

Mobile ordered a pink drink with almond milk and cold foam, my go to order usually, walked in and it was finished but looked like it was separated and the barista had immediately said she forgot to shake the almond milk and offered to remake it (I’m assuming my face showed that this bothered me) and I took up the offer. The remake of the drink was CURDLING. This never happens with this drink, but its almost 8 dollars and wasn’t gonna ask her to remake it again so I just drank it. Big mistake! This drink made me SICK TO MY STOMACH, literally, I’m not sure if the almond milk was expired or what but my stomach is still torn up. Attached is a photo of the curdled drink from this location (the one without the sticker) and the EXACT SAME ORDER from another location. Do not go here!

I always drive thru this location before work to grab my drink. But believe me, I would not come here if I have other options. First of all, I always get venti mocha frap with extra espresso but the taste is always consistent! It looks pale indicating excess ice and taste like your drinking plain slushed ice. BUT I still always give tip because I know how hard it is for people nowadays. But I had it today, I ordered venti dragonfruit as attached and the qualit of this cant eveb pass. It looks like someone took a sip of it. I was not able to complain anymore because I was running late and waited for the long line. I WOULD NOT COME HERE AGAIN. Not worth the money for a bad beverage.

So this is above open food containers a disgusting bug zapper. And not a single one of those containers pictured is closed AND OR COVERED with any form of protection. Anyone who got any form of drink made on July 1st just letting you know that was above ur beverages while you were in the drive thru ordering. 🙂

I placed my order at the wrong location by mistake and the person working the counter was so quick to help me and get my order made. They made my entire order for me so I didn’t have to travel to the other store. It was completely my fault but they handled It so nicely and treated me so nicely. I love this Starbucks and will be sure to always get my coffee there going forward!

I used to come here before work all the time but I came yesterday ordered 2 drinks ahead on the app when I got there my latte was suppose to be hot not iced and I watched as they poured and steamed the ice latte and it tasted horrible! Very disappointed in myself for always tipping well even for bad service! And I did ask for it to be remade hence me telling you that the employee just steamed the iced latee to make it hot that was great resolution!

I’ve been coming here for a few months and every time I order a salted caramel cold brew – it’s bitter and doesn’t taste like caramel at all. They’re making it incorrectly. I don’t know if it’s because they don’t have the ingredients or they just don’t know what they’re doing. Today I tried ordering something else since I’ve given up on my cold brew. And they managed to forget the caramel in my caramel vanilla iced coffee too. And I ordered a pup cup and they handed me a cup of melted whipped cream that was spilling out so I told them to toss it. Now I’m driving out of my way to go to the Mount Laurel location because they’re much better. I wish this location knew what they were doing – every kid I’ve had take my order here messes it up for some reason.
