Very disappointing!
The coffee I got today was basically just milk with no real coffee taste. On top of that, the size was like half of what I paid for. Not worth the price at all. This isn’t the first time it’s happened — I really hope they improve their quality!

My experience here was excellent. The staff member Fin provided me with very warm and welcoming service, and I stayed to do work in the ambient cafe for a few hours. I definitely will be coming back to this Starbucks often in the future!

I work at a Starbucks and I can’t believe I’m even writing a review…But I had gone through the drive thru for hot water and a hot chocolate, and a pastry item. The baristas were extremely rude. She never made a connection nor looked in my direction. Unfortunately I did ask for a pastry item and for it to be warmed when I pulled up…whoever was at window looked extremely annoyed. She handed me the pastry item and it wasn’t warm. I asked for it to be warm please, she snatches it out of my hands… as for the hot chocolate I’m staring at the ticket and nobody’s making my drink.Then another barista comes up to me with some else’s order . And tells me I owe 5.60! Not the first time I’ve been treated this way here. Yikes. Get together girls I’m not here to ruin your day ♡

Taking a break from this location. I’ve been going to this location for almost 4 years now. Never have I had to return my drink to have it remade as much as I do now. There is zero consistency and I order the SAME EXACT drink multiples times a week. The new staff here just doesn’t make drinks right at all. I have to hope I get lucky and I just bare with it if its not too bad. When I do get it remade its the same issue they’ll either make the drink bitter as ever and not put the right amount of pumps of liquid cane sugar or they’ll give me the crumbs of the strawberry inclusions instead of opening a new pack of strawberries when they’re low. Resulting in an ENTIRE cup of seeds. No drink that includes strawberries should look as nasty as the photo attached below. On top of the drink being completely bitter and nasty. Even when it was remade I could of honestly just ordered a water because there were ZERO pumps of liquid cane in the remade drink. I ended up just driving to another location after that. I won’t be back here for a long time. Idk what is up with the new staff but it’s terrible.
It cant be this hard to make a VENTI ICED PEACH GREEN TEA LEMONADE, EXTRA PEACH , 5 PUMPS LIQUID CANE SUGAR and 1 SCOOP OF STRAWBERRIES. I spend a lot of money with starbucks and this location has become a complete disappointment.

Skip this Starbucks and go to the next. It’s just a mile down. Even the manager seems lost for words when asked about how drinks are made. Every experience I’ve had so far has been awful. I haven’t taken a sip yet I know this drink is awful. I’m already behind getting back to work so they couldn’t remake it. A normal latte but can’t follow directions. Never any consistency, either too sweet, or too creamy. They have lines on the cup and can’t follow the recipe which they have a book for. Who the hell needs this much whipped cream. I needed more liquid not whipped cream.

Payed 5 dollars for this!!!! The rest was foam that filled the cup. And on top of that they made me wait about 3 minutes to take my order when I was the only one waiting. I was very patient and didn’t complain but at least I expected not to be robbed of my money by giving me a half drink at least!

First time going to this location before work. The barista at the drive thru window , SO NICE. I was half asleep, he complimented my nail color, and was so cheerful and kind so early in the morning. Made my day. Will definitely be coming back here for my Starbucks regularly! Thank you!!!

I was a consistent customer here for a long time, but the consistency is gone. The drinks don’t taste good – let alone how they “should.” The service is slow and extremely rude. I’m not sure what has happened the last few months but this location has taken a hard turn in the wrong direction. Starbucks in name and signage, it ends there. Won’t spend another dollar here again.
Update as of 4/2 – absolutely nothing has changed. Slow service, rude staff, drinks that taste nothing like they should. Going to write Starbucks corporate next because this is embarrassing for them.
