Really bad experience. I had to wait for more than 10 min to receive a simple espresso shake. And when the order had been ready nobody went to the bother to even call my name with my order when it had already been put there to be picked up.
Besides that, they served me my drink in a broken cup. 1st time here. And absolutely the last. Crappy service.

I’ve been coming here since years never really had an issue except a few coffees that weren’t really good but I came in here today. It is Saturday. December 6 at 4:37 PM. I don’t know what took so long but I was in there for a good solid 30 minutes when I walked in there was a whole milk sitting on the counter with no lid on that milk sat out for the remainder of the time that I was there, everybody seem to be kind of short with their patience but I am very big on sanitary and keeping everyone safe. I couldn’t take it anymore as I continue to see them use the milk and then leave it. Sit out with no lid on counter. I said do you think it’s a good idea to leave the milk out with no lid on on the counter. They seem to be in shock that I said that not sure why please keep your milk products refrigerated put the lid back on. It is absolutely disgusting. I will no longer come Here.

I love coming to this location, and the staff is always amazing. Drinks are good too. But the one thing I cannot shake is why do they have a sign on the door saying “Service dogs only” and then let anyone bring in their pet? Then make it pet friendly!? Letting people bring in their uncontrolled pets is a lawsuit waiting to happen if one of them goes after a real service dog. I’m not saying all these dogs aren’t service dogs, but it’s pretty obvious when they come in as pets because of their behavior. As a former service dog owner, i’ve had way too many times where a pet has come after my dog in a non pet friendly place.

I went to this store this morning to get a drink. When I heard my name being called, I picked up the drink, but then realized it was for another person with the same name. I felt really bad, so I immediately approached a barista and let them know that I had made a mistake and accidentally grabbed someone else’s drink. The barista responded with a very rude attitude. She told me that I needed to pay more attention and explained, in an unfriendly way, that drinks ordered in-store are placed on one side, while online orders are on the other side. She looked visibly upset, even after I apologized sincerely for the mistake.
I understand mistakes happen, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I just left the store after the Barista gave me my drinks with an unnecessary attitude.

I came into this location to get some work done unfortunately it looks like the staff was short staffed the supervisor Mirabel took my order and proceeded mid order to speak with people that were working on the lights above the drinks providing for a not good experience. I then proceeded to wait for 20 minutes for a bacon Gouda sandwich that was waiting at the microwave oven. I spoke with the supervisor Maribel and I let her know that I was not pleased with my experience and I let her know that I will not be coming back to this location.

This location has a very reliable operation and super friendly staff! My mobile order was ready in under 5 minutes and saved my morning after a less than acceptable experience elsewhere. Tierra helped me with my concerns from another location and guided me nonjudgementally.

We go to the pool next door and often order large orders for several tired parents simultaneously— they never make a mistake or have a delay with orders. Love a consistent Starbucks. This location is also very convenient for parking

Good Starbucks to sit in. It offers a comfortable seating area (which is luckily currently open), with a green and cozy vibe, power outlets, good WiFi and bathrooms.

It’s in a school area so during weekdays it gets crowded with kids at midday which makes it a little nosy and unfortunately, the staff was not interested in cleaning after them.

No Drive-thru but plenty of parking spots.

Like in every Starbucks: Coffee is great. Prices are high. The efforts taken to minimise the use of plastic is disappointing and they could do so much more!

Has air conditioning which is great! The line wasn’t very long, and the cashier was very nice. It took around 5-10 minutes for me to get my drink, which isn’t too bad seeing that there was a list of people who ordered ahead of me. Their lemonade refreshers are delicious and there’s plenty of seating inside. I definitely recommend!

This is a really nice Starbucks. It has plenty of tables for co-working and for very comfy leather chairs. The staff is polite and friendly. And the place is relatively clean.

This is a very busy Starbucks and, as other reviewers have pointed out, the line can get very long so if you don’t have the mobile app, what are you thinking? ‍♀️

My one beef is that they’re very nonchalant about the no dog policy. The staff seems to let dogs into the store and even paws on the counter. There is a service dog only policy, but it seems to be ignored.
