One of THE BEST STARBUCK locations i have walked into. Super friendly staff…(Mr Ali was so kind to me and my kids), the attentiveness of the staff, the sweet woman cleaning the store. The condiments location ‘ spotless. The management and their staff really care about the customer experience. We will definitely be back. AND it is right near our church ❤️❤️ Happy New Year to this awesome Starbucks location in WEST HAVEN!☕️☕️

The most laughable ridiculous drink I have ever received from any star bucks. I only order a cold brew at this location because I know any other drink I get will be made wrong. I’ve been proven wrong that they can’t mess up a cold brew. Called to talk to a manager and got a shift lead who was super snarky. Do yourself a favor and go to the 21st street location, so much better!!

Next time you’re in prayer, please keep the Starbucks staff in your thoughts, including the manager. I’m trying to be gracious cause I get they do a lot for a little, but 15 minutes for 4 waters is ludicrous. Especially with no one in front of me in the drive thru and no line in the lobby. They got the latte and sandwich out no problem. But the water was truly a challenge, and quite an interesting wait.

The entrance/exit is very narrow so be careful if you drive anything larger than a sedan, it’s tight. The drive thru is behind the entrance and faces I-95, so be prepared to yell when you order and really listen to hear the baristas whisper to you against the sounds of one of Americas busiest highways. From ordering to actually getting my venti black cold brew it was over 10 minutes, so plan accordingly. The landscaping is decently nice.

I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru which is understandable when it is busy, but what is not is when my order was messed up. They gave me a small when I ordered a venti and all they did to “Fix” it was to add milk when I ordered it NON DAIRY for medical reasons and proceeded to not make the rest of the drinks right. They all tasted like water and Milk with no flavor. To sum it up terrible drinks and service and they ignored my specifications. Which would cause extreme discomfort.

Went to pick up an order for someone and the energy was so heavy. I prayed before going in and after leaving. I vowed never to enter another building or their section if located in a supermarket or eat/drink their products. Had some hot chocolate by someone and it tasted like addiction instead of something you enjoy. Plus I drank it before I found other stuff spiritually.

Omg love this place. I work at dunkin and sometimes I sneak away to get my supply from the enemy lol hehe. Anyways I go here because the staff are just so real you know? The girl without eyebrows is always so chipper and really makes my day when she flashes me a smile . They have some Hispanic girl working there. She’s been there for quite some time. And damn has she glown the hell up! She was always a solid 7 dare I say 8 or (ate)…food. But now she’s a dime! U might have to wait for your coffee but that’s only because people be ordering the type 2 special. Value your health! You don’t need a mocha cookie crumble. You need a black coffee and a gym membership

I visit this Starbucks regularly on the weekends to sit with a for-here cup of coffee and get lost reading whichever book I’m currently working on. The staff is always very friendly and I love that they’re consistently cleaning the lobby and wiping the tables. I’ve discovered that it’s better to bring my own for-here mug as the ones they offer are ALWAYS dirty. Like, please wash the shared cups correctly. Other than that this is a nice and new location with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

I love coming to this place! It can get a little crowded but they do a great job of getting their customers in and out. I come here frequently and really enjoy the friendliness and professionalism of the Starbucks staff! I don’t get any food from here so I cannot say how it is. They almost always get my order right, thank you ☺️

Sooooo I have a personal cup. They pour the coffee from a disposable cup into my reusable cup I pointed out to the dude how ridiculous that was.
My friend went to grab a tray for her drinks. The woman came over grabbed the entire stack from her THREW OUT the top one she touched then gave her the next one with an attitude.
