Being a big brand like Starbucks doesn’t excuse poor training. When customers come in for their first coffee of the day, basic courtesy should be expected.

At this location, employees don’t make eye contact, service is extremely slow, and orders take far too long to be prepared. The staff comes across as rude and unprepared to deal with customers.

Delivery drivers are often ignored and have to beg for assistance, and orders are rarely ready on time.

Super friendly Starbucks location. Staff are so so nice. Great drinks. The location is in a very busy intersection so hard to get into, but loved my visit through the drive thru. Aslso next to an awesome restaurant called the Spotted Horse.

Unfortunately, every time I go here There’s an extremely long wait no matter what time of the day. They do not follow standard builds of each coffee, which makes these coffee taste bitter or nasty or not the same as what you got yesterday. They do not put orders in order when they are given . Had to get a full refund yesterday because I waited over 45 minutes for the other half of my order. Please explain to me why a coffee and a bagel came out before a hot chocolate and a frappe? I watched Them do every other order, but in the house. There was another guest who their other party ate alone while the other one waited for their food & drink . The baristas weren’t very happy, They didn’t communicate and very unsanitary .

Honesty I use work for Starbucks there’s no reason for this at all.

Is the matcha in the room with us? If I order a $6 MATCHA drink, I expect there to be matcha in it. Does this look like 4 scoops of matcha? No it just looks like milk and ice. Do better. Guess the B-team was working today….

Do the employees not know how to read a label ???? Ordered on Uber eats gingerbread latte with cinnamon and cold foam … no cold foam, has the sugar cookie latte sprinkles and tastes like the milk is expired disgusting.

Typically very busy location. I’ve experienced inconsistent specialty drink orders. Parking & drive-thru are poorly laid out. Staff & baristas are very friendly however! I’ll just stick to getting my tall black when I need a fix…

The staff here is amazing. One of the team members, who had an Indian accent/appearance, was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. He made a delicious mocha latte that tasted perfect. The whole crew seem hardworking and created a welcoming atmosphere. Great experience overall.

Edit: The cashier seemed rushed when I ordered a venti hot handcrafted matcha latte. Maybe he assumed most people would want an iced drink on a hot day, but I specifically said “hot.” I noticed the barista was making a drink by adding green powder to a plastic cup then ice, so I inquired if it was for me and tried to catch the mistake in time. Unfortunately, she had already added the ice, so she immediately dumped the entire cup.

I really don’t like seeing food/drinks go to waste—at the very least, they could have asked if I wanted to keep it before tossing it. They did remake the drink, but I was disappointed that the second one had much less matcha flavor than usual and tasted bland. Maybe she put only less scoops of powder on the second one.

I still appreciate the effort to correct the mistake, but I’m lowering my rating from 5 to 4 stars because of the unnecessary waste and the quality of the remake. I hope the staff becomes more mindful moving forward.
